Hotel is near the staromestka and everything is around. Rooms are big and comfortable. There is a free coffee and snacks each morning at the reception. Kitchenet is also nice.

Room was not properly cleaned. We stayed 11 nights and our linen was never changed. Cleaning was not done properly in the bathroom. Wet cleaning was not performed. Kitchenet has some pans and pots looking really dangerous.

In overal we did really enjoy our stay. The hotel has a very good location. It's just near - or even in - the center of Prague. Metro station in a few minutes walk, trams are even closer. There is a small, but equipped kitchen in the room! In fact I have never seen such a cool feature in a hotel! Even rooms advertised az appartements have sometimes worse possibilities of cooking! We did really appreciate this! We also got a breakfast for free in the hall - which was a surprise for us. As far as I remember it was not in the description! We definitely plan to come back! Unfortunately we couldn't get free parking space in the hotel's garage. It's not a surprise, parking in the centre of a big city is not easy. Finally I could leave the car in a P+R garage for a minimal price which was just one stop by metro.

There’s no AC so room was really stuffy. The shower is on the floor and there’s no cabin so the bathroom is floating every time when u take a shower. They also take 1000kč deposit and this information is well hidden. More light in room would be better too but that’s not a big problem

Good location to walk to main sites in Prague. Quiet street, noise free. Close to bars, restaurants, etc. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Good shower. I recommend this place.

Windows and balcony door need updating as they are in bad condition, although this is just a cosmetic problem and doesn't affect temperature in the room or noise. There are no blinds in windows and the curtains don't cover the whole length of the windows, so if light bothers you to sleep, then be prepare to wake up very early.

The location is great in a quite street but still close to the city center. The room is a good value for money.

The receptionist was not helpful and a bit rude when we checked in. You need to pay extra taxes in person which he didn't explain. Also, parking is not for free, in fact it is quite expensive. We could park on the street for free but this was never offered to us as a possibility.

Spacious room, very clean bathroom, toilet separated from the bathroom was an extra comfort, steel sticks in the bathroom for drying small things and kitchen facilities were also helpful, they changed bed linen three times within 7-night stay. The location was within walking distance of tourist attractions.

Maybe they should think of giving an extra pair of keys in case of two guests.

The room was very clean and large, the amenities were great and plenty of space, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very lucky to get a top floor room which had a little outdoor space which was lovely to look out of and the room was lovely and warm.

We struggled to get the shower to stay at a constant temperature but I am very relieved that the hot water did not run out

Great location and price. There is water and candy at the reception. The room has a frying pan (one), two pots, plates and mugs. Comfortable bed, tv, spacious room. Many sockets. In the bathroom there were disposable soaps and small shampoo (like a sample in a magazine). two towels per guest

There is was an old frying pen. NO WI-fi in the room (only on the first floor near the reception). There is no air conditioning in the room. The cleaning was poor, when we checked in there was hair on the bed and the floor was not clean. The trash can does not open when the button is pressed. Only one burner on the stove works well. The hotel has strict rules: you must pay 40 euros (if you have a 50 euro bill, you must give 50, but they will give you a receipt for this) a deposit for the damage in the room (in case if you will damage them), a key, a minibar and laundry. The room does not have a minibar if any case. You must wash the dishes and kitchen before leaving, otherwise there will be a fine of 500 CZK. There is no tea, sugar, salt or cooking oil in the room.

We had to arrive after the reception was close, and they leave us a key at a safety box, the comunication with the people was really good and practical. They have brakfast included, but we didin´t know about it until the last day. Good location-price balance, in 15-20 minutes you were in the city center walking. Having the small kitchen at the room was really practical. Also a lot of mini markets and restaurant in the are, as public transport.

They charge you when you arrive around 40/45 euros for a safety deposit in case you broke something, and i didin´t read about it in any place. Also, when you leave the room you have to wait untill they see it before they gave you the deposit back, so it was very unconvinient because we were in a hurry at leaving.

Simple accommodation but we did not miss anything. Free breakfast with good coffee, fresh fruit, pastries and toasts was great surprise! The furniture is old, but bathroom was nice and clean and bed was comfotable and clean which is all we needed for the short stay. Great location in the centre. The kitchenette was old and fridge was a bit loud but we didnt use it.

40€ deposit paid at the reception for the rooˇ key, i found it quite strange practice. The hotel entrence door is very loud.
