Really good location, beautiful building from the outside as well as from the inside, extremely helpful staff. I actually had some quite long conversations with them, and they were super friendly.

Would have preferred to get a key to the front door rather than having to ring a bell to enter the building.

The location is very close to the center, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is exceptional - high quality foods - non diary milk, juices from the bottle, not made from concentrate with water, prosciutto, salmon, etc. The sofa is really comfortable, also the bed. The size of room is really nice. The hotel is in an old but renovated building, the furniture is refurbished and practical, and looks really classy. It was very clean, they cleaned the room every day. We felt really good.

I would have liked to have parking close, but is understandable considering the location of the hotel. We chose a parking that was a bit far because it seemed wider. In Prague, in the city center most of the parking places are tight.

The room was spacious and with a very comfortable kitchen. The bedroom was spacious as well and a comfortable bed. The place is located in a good place within walking distance to the old city. The staff was exceptionally helpful with the little things we needed help with like an umbrella on a rainy day. Breakfast was tasty and abundant and the staff asked us every time if we wanted anything extra.

The place is located on a busy street and at time there was a lot of noise. Most of the time it was not an issue. The elevator is small but works ok.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. We especially liked the pancakes, which are freshly baked at the guest's request. We were worried about the parking, but we got all the information about it before we arrived and it was realy near by the hotel.

It would be nice that apartment would have at least one pan or one extra cooking pot.

The staff in this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful especially the guy on reception and the breakfast room staff. Though small, the breakfast room is adequate and the staff go out of their way to provide cooked breakfasts to order. The room was spacious and comfortable. All in all a very good experience. Don't let comments about the lift being small deter you from enjoying a stay in this excellent hotel.

We had a room with a shower over the bath. For some, this may be an advantage but we would have preferred a walk-in shower.

Good location for family. Eateries and shopping centres are about 10mins by foot. To old town one will need about 20mins by foot.

Perhaps the management could consider automated card systems for the hotel entrance rather than relying on the receptionist to open the door for hotel Guests to access the building. Some of the hotel guests and ourselves, had an incident where we had to wait for about 15mins before the receptionist came to open the door for us. Since it’s winter, therefore the wait can be challenging when one has to wait outside under cold weather with children in tow. Or perhaps get a buddy system where there is always someone mending the receptionist at all times :)

The building was absolutely beautiful and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Our only criticism was that the hotel was difficult to find when arriving in Prague by car. The address was on Pricna although the entrance was on Zitna, so it would be good to mention that it is easier to unload the car around the corner (we were almost driven into by another car when we stopped on Pricna to take our luggage out).

Convenient location, helpfull and friendly staff, general cleanliness

The choice for breakfast is limited but it is OK for several-day stay. Some apartments are open to a busy road, can be a bit noisy in there. The appartment is much smaller than you can understand from the pictures and soundproofing is rather bad. If your neighbours are quiet, all is good but if they talk in the corridor or even in the apartment, you can hear them very well. The elevator is very slow, so be ready to wait for it or use the stairs.

Breakfast was tasty, the hotel was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, free water was provided, and the location was excellent. Highly recommend!

We had stayed at three places before, and none charged any extra fees, but here we had to pay an additional €16 for the city tax. It’s not a huge deal, but it was disappointing, especially since there was no information about it, and Booking said everything was included. Access to the hotel was only possible with staff assistance, and they weren't always around, so we sometimes had to wait a few minutes to get in. The worst part was the bathroom faucet—it was impossible to set the water to a comfortable temperature, swinging from scalding hot to freezing cold. It definitely needs to be replaced; it was a real hassle!

Very nice hotel, very suitable for families. Good location, excellent tram connections, but also walking distance to most of the main attractions (1-2 km). The suites are large, we also had a kitchen. The views from the windows and terrace on the upper floors are fabulous. The hotel is impeccably clean. The breakfast room can be quite crowded during the holiday season. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The service is professional and calm. In short, the hotel can be warmly recommended.
