The breakfast was very good. Penty of options for non-vegetarians, vegetarians and vegans. The bathroom was extremely tidy and deserving for a 3-star place while the staff at the reception was very courteous and friendly. The location was excellent, given that it was close by all the main attractions and the bus/tram stop was right outside the hotel. The room was cozy and the service was thorough. They even packed us breakfast when we requested an early check-out in the wee hours of dawn, and the packets were really good. Full marks for that.

The room though was a tad claustrophobic with just one window for ventilation that opened up towards the sky, giving no view of the city. That they could not allow me an earlier check-in was a bit of a let down, and even though I was allowed to leave my luggage there while I went around the city until the check-in time, I could not leave all my luggage (it was supposed to be left right beside a sofa, out in the open). The double bed was made by joining two single beds and that made sleeping for a couple slightly uncomfortable. Oh, and there was no lift. That the sockets were too far from the beds was a big bummer!!

Comfortable, if dated room. The bed is two separate mattresses with separate sheets which meant there was occasionally a divot in the bed, but this didn’t particularly bother us. Despite the heat outside the room remained cool without air conditioning. We found the fan effective. The location is excellent, easy to get the tram & easy to get around town on foot. We enjoyed the included breakfast.

We were on the top floor so the stairs were challenging! Completely understandable in an old building, but worth noting if you have mobility issues/can’t carry a heavy suitcase upstairs.

Good combination of what you get for money. Clean room, hotel is in the middle of the centrum and you get breakfast too! I would recommend it!

It was a bit warm ( no air conditioning in the room), it had a small fen but it made a lot of noise so we needed to shut it off. Other rooms had portable air conditions. But this is not making any difference because I would choose this hotel again.

The location is great, very close to the center and many attractions were reachable by walk 10-15 min. The place is very warm and the room looks quite nice and was smelling very good as we entered. The place is clean and it has a warm atmosphere. A tasty breakfast is also included in the price. As per the staff the girl at the reception is very friendly :)

As our room was on the side of the road sometimes it was a bit of a disturbance when the tram passes by but that too after 11 in the night is very rare. Rather than that everything else was great.

Breakfast was better than American hotels. Fewer options, maybe but much higher quality. Check in was smooth and the rooms were very suitable. For the price, my friends and I were quite pleased. We got a room with what looked like a queen bed and a fold out twin bed (from an easy chair). The queen bed separated into two twin beds which was perfect for us. Hand soap was included in the bathrooms. All in all, no complaints. There was a lot of noise at night but the double window blocked it out almost completely. Public transport is top notch so plan on taking nearby buses and subways. UPDATE: the breakfast now has an espresso machine so coffee is a winner now VS some other reviews.

The weather was really nice while we were there. If it got any warmer, however, I think would would have missed AC. Check the weather before you go!

I loved the breakfast the variety was absolutely spectacular. The beds are comfortable and a spacious bathroom. The location is absolutely amazing. the check in online was amazingly quick and i never saw that earlier,we arrived quiet late so i am happy i did it advance.

The only thing i was missing but its a personal perspective and not really end of the world😂😂 if they would put some tea bags or instant coffes beside the kettle and mugs that already provided. Would be i think an extra mile:)

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. Before arriving for check-in, we had asked for a quieter room and they immediately accommodated us by providing one more isolated from the others. The value for money is great, the location excellent and the receptionists are all friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and the room in which it is served is beautiful: there are movie and anime posters at every corner, not to mention the themed gadgets and decorations. We highly recommend it.

Very nice location 20 minutes walk from central railway station and 5 from the city centre. The tram stops right in front of the hotel, if you prefer public transportation. Cozy looking hotel, with nice staff and a nice anime themed restaurant (for fans of this culture)!

The rooms were clean, but furniture was a bit oldish (not antique). The water from the shower was not hot more like warm even a bit cold, wasn’t nice winter experience.

We enjoyed our time in the Hotel. Specially Martin the receptionist who was so attentive and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. Also very close to the centre, we didn't use tram.

There is not lift, and also de during the breakfast could be more tables and chairs, because at 9:30 it was so full.

Good location, friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. For our request - a comfortable overnight stay in Prague - it was perfect. And the included breakfast was very useful.

In our case, the room was located in the attic floor of a house without elevator. We did not have any problems with it, although, probably, if you rent a room for a longer period of time - may cause inconvenience. When traveling with people of age or children, you should take into account the lack of elevator and choose a room on the lower floors.
