Property is really good. Old building with very high ceilings. Beautiful inside and outside. A little bit with a touch of a time. You can notice, that it was renovated once, but minimum a decade has passed already. Big apartment with all necessary in it. Two bathrooms is a top :)

Property was clean, but not refreshed before our arrival. The thin layer of dust on the tables and on the kitchen surface. And also a smell like the apartment was empty for some time. No airco. Very poor soundproofing of the entrance door. It was like all people in the hall are inside your apartment. Extra noisy neighbors. There was a group of German rednecks who rented few apartments on the several floors and visited each other during all the day and, especially, at night. Yelling, singing, smashing the door like the barn doors, being drunk, running up and down, screaming. Mostly after 3.00 in the morning. It was a main disappointment of the stay.

Тhere is no air conditioning, noisy until 23-30, in the morning from 07-00 noise in the courtyard again, it is impossible to settle until 15-00. Check-out before 10-00. Рartial day payment. If you arrived earlier, you must leave your luggage one kilometer from the location. Communication with the administrator is useless. Nothing can help. The entrance is dark, it has been asking for repairs for a long time. Television does not work well. Noisy, busy street.

Great apartment with the best location.. my family were happy

There is no AC 💔.. also no parking You have to get the access code before you arrive because there is no reception in the building.

The place was fabulous - clean, newly renovated, great location, beautiful balcony overlooking the river. The only negative is there was no a/c and it was extremely hot in the middle of summer. There were fans in all of the rooms but it was still very hot. There is a wonderful cafe on the bottom floor that serves a great breakfast. Would definitely recommend as long as you are not in the middle of a heat wave.

The view of The Prague Castle and the Petrin Hill is fantastic. There are many good restaurants in the walking distance. We liked high quality finishes and the interior itself. Really nice place. Check in was easy and smooth. Lived the living room area and the bath.

One of the rooms was not automatically heated, but extra heater was provided. The cleanliness could have been better (below beds and areas that are complicated to clean easily). We would appreciate different plates and more than just the big pot.

Overall it was new decorated apartment, location was good, but some minor things make the stay not comfortable, which can be solved just spending 20 euro. For example, in the shower there is no place to put your own toiletries, one needs to put shampoo bottle on the floor. Second , the entrance door was closing so loudly, all night it was echoing the whole building. Pillows were very bad, very synthetic material. Just for 2 nights it was ok, location is good, easy to find, the trams just go in front of the building.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. We received the code right on time, and access to both the building and the apartment was a breeze. The apartment, situated on the fifth floor of a 19th-century building, offered a breathtaking view of the Vltava River and Prague Castle. This historical setting added a special ambiance to our stay. We found the appartment very comfortable, well-ventilated, with two bathrooms, and included a washing machine, which was important for us. The location is simply phenomenal. Positioned near the Dancing House, tram stops right below our windows provided easy access to all key sites, and Staroměstské náměstí was just a short walk away. A big shopping mall, Nový Smíchov, which has everything including a Tesco supermarket open until midnight, was only a fifteen-minute walk or a few tram stops away. We were absolutely delighted with the apartment.

The property was spacious with 3 bedrooms and a large sitting/dining area. The apartment was clean and easy to check into without any problems. The en-suite was excellent and water pressure etc really good all round the property. TV had Netflix, music channels etc to enjoy whilst relaxing. Plenty of storage room/fridge space for shopping, refreshments etc. Sofa bed in the living room is great, really comfortable. We just left it as a bed all weekend as there was plenty of other sitting space for the 4 of us. Location wise it’s a 10/15 minute walk into the centre but we didn’t mind the walk in and stopped off for breakfast on the way each day. There is a restaurant directly across from the apartment block but we didn’t get chance to go unfortunately. On the way to the centre plenty of place to have a beer or a coffee, much cheaper than in the centre too. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I had to for this apartment it was so good and would highly recommend.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to Old Town and the surrounding locale. No noise from traffic below. Furnishings /kitchen were comfortable. Several cafes/ restaurants below and nearby. Very convenient. Instructions from non-existent staff was clear.

Sofa bed came with no sheets. Had to notify staff (via booking.com app) and took a day to fulfill. Make sure to specify how many beds you’ll need in advance. Towels were not best quality. No extras. Bathrooms had not much flat areas to lay down toiletries.

It was very clean , neat and confortable. Every thing we need were there.

The contact woth the staff is very weak. I contacted them twice before arrival for early check in but no answer, and also before 24 hr of leaving to ask for check out and again no answer. And by the morning of leaving a very rude lady came with an anger face asking us to leave by 10 am !! Hope the admin of the suite will take a serious look into this matter.
