I enjoyed the breakfast, the front desk staff (extremely attentive and very hospitable). The location is very close to the city center, you can walk there. There’s an Albert supermarket nearby. The room has all the necessary amenities and is spacious. What I liked the most, however, was that I had apples in the room and hallway, as many as I wanted. The same goes for water. It's a wonderful touch. The restaurant staff (or at least some of the employees) aren't as friendly. I will come back here every time.

Beds were super comfortable, room and bathroom were very luxurious. We especially liked the ambience in the room. Curtains made the room very dark, which helped us sleep. Having the complimentary coffee, tea, fruits, bathrobes and toiletries were a very nice touch. Also, the location was excellent since it was right next to an important tramline. The breakfast buffet was amazing, also since it was served at the top floor, it gave us very nice views over the city. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would love to go back one day.

We did not pay extra for the view, so we looked at a bit of an ugly inside square. However this did not bother us. To be able to go to the rooftop, you have to pay a fee per person or pay a drink. As a resident in the hotel, we got one free pass to the roof. This felt a bit unnecessary to us. We would have liked it a bit more if the roof entrance was free for hotel guests all time for this time of the year.

Loved the building and amazing room we were in. Colour room lights fab (we were in one of the glass rooms). Food good and views fab, one voucher each for access to the roof terrace (normally a charge) and the cafe on the ground floor is a chilled out space. Basement gallery really good (admission charge) and the lovely lady who kindly spoke English to me explained about the exhibition and loaned me an info booklet in English. Info in room gives the fascinating story of the hotel architecture.

We had one room with an additional bed (for me and two teenage children) - the fold up bed was disappointing - hard mattress, this happens a lot in other hotels - the same care is not given to the additional fold up bed -vs the lovely large comfortable mattress in the room - it would be good if it was the same quality mattress as the main bed.

A unique and beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff where most helpful and very welcoming. Our stay was faultless, the room perfect and the river views beautiful and highly recommended.

As tedious as it may appear, it would be great for hotel residents to gain free access to the roof and viewing area, rather than having to buy drinks. But as I say this in no way shadows our stay here.

TV didn't work properly the ventilation system is loud water from the shower ran down from the steps, it is visible also on the slightly destroyed on the door frame: we would recommend to fix the floor slope the cafe is really small the room design

Iconic place. Good coffee in the cafe on the first floor. The location is very convenient for us. Suggestion- go out to the Peace Square area. Less touristy and great area.

We had a rear facing room on a weekend. No view, but it was quiet. They are working on a building behind it, so I am guessing on a weekday you would not want that. The crowds that cue up for the elevator to the roof and bar are a bit of an imposition.

We got to stay in a Frank Gehry masterpiece! The breakfast was amazing as it is on the roof terrace. The views are extraordinary. And you're given a pass to see the "flaming" wire mesh sphere for more views. Breakfast is awesome. There's a cafe and a little shop at ground level. There's also a museum dedicated to the Czech Barbara Streisand in the basement. The staff were great. One block away from a major WWII spy event location. Sad ending, but the Czechs annually honor their sacrifice. Easy walking distance to the city or seconds away from ample public transit, design shops, restaurants....

Our room had a noisy HVAC unit. Staff were made aware upon departure.

Fabulous hotel in great location , the views from rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing , really lovely and very helpful staff

The breakfast buffet had very little for vegans so we were quite limited on what we could eat , I asked if they could cook some vegetarian sausages for us but they didn't have any , I found this quite surprising from a hotel of this quality as lot's of hotels in this day and age will provide vegetarian sausages if requested

- nice view - luxurious room with dimmable multicoloured hidden lighting - luxurious bath room - nespresso in the room - quality of breakfast was good - very polite and helpful staff

- tap water instead of complementary bottled water in a room... this does not suit a luxury hotel - you could hear the tram in some cases - noise isolation could have been better - breakfast variety was not great. And towards the end of the breakfast, food was getting cold

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dancing Houce and enjoyed it to bits. The staff is so professional and polite, the room was very cosy and the beds very comfortable. Also, very impressed with the breakfast choices (they even served fresh juice and pancakes).Their restaurant is on the 7th floor, with a lovely view. All in all, great experience. It just added to the magic of Prague during Christmas and made our stay memorable. Would definitely recommend it and I will for sure be staying there again on my next trip to Prague.
