The hotel is great. You receive a code on the day of arrival, and this code will let you into the building and also into your room (and if you need it the laundry room). We saw one review which said that it felt a bit unsafe this way, especially as there is no staffed reception, but you need to enter the code multiple times to get to your room. There are also other security features like locks with keys in your room, so it is actually quite secure. There is also a safety deposit box in your room. Numa have their own app with all the hotel information on it, your code and other useful features like a list of places around the area. You also get access to the building before your check in time so you can use one of the many FREE, big lockers to put your baggage in. The rooms are very modern and have everything you need. Loads of plugs (no USB wall plugs however, so a travel adapter for your charger will be required). The WiFi is very fast in the building, and I saw no drop in speeds when using it. It has a very nice toilet and bathroom, with good lighting and loads of mirrors. The beds are very comfy. Although not advertised, there are irons and ironing boards in the laundry room as well as a washing machine and toilet (great to use before check in time) Property is in a great location. Right next to the Dancing Building. The building is near to a metro/tram stop and also a bridge. It is about a 20 min. Walk from the main Prague 1 city Centre. The bridge allows you to get to the other side of the river without a massive walk. Loads of great cafes/restaurants around the area so you won’t have to walk far if you want a bite to eat. The area is a quieter area, so you should always be garenteed a good nights sleep. The air con is also great. Checking out was painless, you just scan a QR code on the back of the door.

One downside to the rooms are that they are not regularly/automatically cleaned by a cleaner whilst you are staying. If you want fresh towels/sheets/cups/glasses, you have to go down to the laundry room and fetch these yourself. However, I suspect that you could probably put a request in on the app.

I loved my room at Numa Flow. Everything was very clean and smelled good. The apartment is located in a lovely old building with plenty of original details retained, and the apartment itself was well-designed and comfy. There were a lot of small, thoughtful details (kitchen with coffee capsules, sugar, paper towels, oil and dishwashing liquid + new sponge). There was a little balcony that must be lovely in nicer weather (it was cold and rainy when I visited). The apartment was very quiet with no noise carried between apartments or from the outside (except for some construction noise in the afternoon, but I'm sure that's temporary). The building is located in an excellent area of Prague -- next to plenty of things to do and places to eat/drink, but also on a quiet street.

The basement laundry was out of order during my stay. The building usually smells like baking pizza -- which is a good or bad thing, depending on your preference. Another consideration is that I don't love Numa's customer support system, where you need to submit a support request online a day in advance in order to get staff to do something as simple as take away a full trash bag. I also had a very poor experience in another Numa property and the lack of in-person customer support meant I couldn't get my issue resolved. Basically, if you don't need anything and everything goes great with your stay, it's an excellent concept, but the moment something goes wrong or you need even minimal support, it's difficult to impossible to get help.

You’re welcome! Here’s the updated and I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. I loved the design and appreciated the little details—like still water in stylish bottles, earplugs, tasty coffee, and a variety of teas (I’m a big fan!). I also enjoyed the view from my garden-side room on the fourth floor—it was very quiet and peaceful. The location was great: close to all the main landmarks and even a hidden gem—the university botanical garden. I bought a 24-hour transport ticket but only used it once, just to get from the main station to the hotel, since I walked everywhere afterward. It was very easy to find the hotel, and they sent helpful reminders and offers ahead of time, which made everything really convenient. They also have air conditioning and heated towel racks in the bathroom and toilet, so it was nice and warm throughout my stay. There’s an elevator and a cozy, warm hall with access to beverages, which was a lovely touch. I appreciated how clear the check-in instructions were, as well as the option to leave my luggage and use the bathroom after check-out if needed. It was a bit noisy around 9–10 PM when guests were returning, but I never had to use the earplugs, as it was quiet the rest of the time. One small downside was a few minor imperfections—like a chip on the chair, and curtains, and one of the lamps not being straight. I’d also recommend bringing your own slippers if you want to make your stay even cozier.

One of the best places I've ever been. The location is perfect. The center is at 15 min walking and you have a transport stop at 100m.(we use it only for the zoo, around 30mins ) The room was very clean, beautifully designed with everything you need. The breakfast was super delicious. The option with the lockers in the building was great, because our flight was at 10 pm and we could use our day for walking without baggage. There is a very good Italian restaurant next to the building.

Ticket price was 40CZK = £1.34 ish on the pid app) - Very clean and large room - Shower was great - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided - Tea and coffee were also provided! - Plenty of towels to use - Great communication over WhatsApp when I couldn’t get the chromecast to work on the TV (someone ended up coming to fix it!) - Would definitely recommend staying here!! :D

Absolutely beautiful apartment, really comfortable, modern and great amenities. Great location close to the dancing house and a short walk/tram from other attractions. Would definitely recommend for anyone. We stayed with our 3 year old and the cot was a great plus. Even with the cot there was still loads of room for bags etc.

Floors were a little dusty. Kitchen area could have been bigger given the empty space in the room, and the cupboards were very high if you're not tall you might struggle to reach! But all of these would just be added bonuses. We would 100% book again.

We had a great stay at Numa Flow. Room was very big and clean, had a comfortable and big double bed, and a smart tv with chromecast. It was very quite as the window was facing an interior garden. Bathroom was also very big, with good shower preassure and good quality shampoo, conditioner, body gel and body lotion. We booked the junior suite as we wanted a small kitchen to be able to cook breakfast and easy dishes. Cooking area was small, but good enough equipped for what we needed. We found free olive oil, salt and pepper, which we really appreciated. We also had a coffee machine with free capsules, and a tea selection. Location is great, close enough to main tourist areas to be able to walk everywhere, but also very well connected by public transport. Supermarket Albert is just 3 minutes walking from here. And special mention to the amazing pizzeria just downstairs, which we really reccommend (mandatory to book in advance). Last day we could leave our bags after check out (11am) in the free lockers. And when we came back to take the bags before going to the airport we could enjoy a free coffee while charging our phones in the main entrance. All in all, a great stay. We will reccommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Not something bad, but something to have in mind before booking. Be aware this is a hotel that is managed online, meaning that you won't find a reception or someone to ask whatever you need. But this is really not a problem as we recieved very clear instructions via whatsapp and email. Also, they told us they were available 24/7 via whatsapp if needed, although we didn't need to contact them as everything was perfect.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! It was even more spacious than it looked in the photos, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was just perfect. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore the city. The keyless entry system was seamless, and the communication via WhatsApp was prompt and helpful. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be seeking out this chain in every city I visit!

The room was spacious, check-in was painless, and got early check-in without hassle. Enough cutlery and kitchen stuff to operate.

The kitchen unit was isolated with a wall and door in a tiny confined space making it hard to do anything. There was a note stating the fire alarm was very sensitive and I would pay a big fine if it went off, so I refrained from cooking my meals the amount I wanted to. I wish the microwave had a grill or oven function. The AC did not work. There was a note on instructions but the control unit was completely unresponsive. Support was done through Whatsapp and sucked. When contacting about the AC issue, I was given 3 different responses: * There is no AC * The AC cannot be activated * I am not using the AC controls correctly I guess it is outsourced to some clueless team. The fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Great stay at Numa Flow, very easy from start to finish with lots of information sent ahead on how to check in etc. The room was excellent, nice decor, very clean and quiet. Location was excellent as well, metro and plentiful tram stops were within a block or two—also easy walk of the Old Town. A great Italian restaurant on the bottom floor and wine bars nearby. Also a lovely breakfast place nearby as well. Honestly can’t fault it, recommend this if you are heading to Prague!

Limited facilities in the hotel itself but that is part of the setup, so I didn’t expect breakfast, gym etc.
