Aparment was spacious and clean. Location was excellent, many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. It was short way to many locations, and the tram and subway were also close, just a few hundred meters.

Just a few small things. If there had been a coat rack or similar in the hallway, it would have added even more comfort. The bathroom could have had a coat rack and some space for your own toiletries. Also in the shower corner it would be good to have some kind of shelf : ) But as I said, those are very small things and at the end they don't matter much. Still we would stay here again at the future, when we'll come back to prague : )

The apartment was clean, beds comfortable enough. It does provide the guests with important items like hairdryer or an iron/iron board. The location is very good, right next to the dancing house. Easy key collection.

The bathroom sink tap was super loose, I was worrying it would break every time it was used. Weak water pressure in the shower. The door frame must have been previously broken and then fixed in a such unprofessional way, the door would not close firmly and there was a gap between the door and the frame. If someone kicked the door, it would most likely get wide open. It just did not feel safe. BTW The dish-washing sponge/cloth needs replacing (smells really bad).

It's a reeally great location. Main attractions within walking distance. Supermarket and transport stops are nearby too. There are dishes, kettle, microwave and everything you need to cook your own food.

Small blankets and towels, pillows are not very good either. Although generally quite clean, the curtains have not been washed for a long time and there are cobwebs on the lamps.

It is the best find for a such price. Real gem. Enjoyed every minute being there! The flat is huge, loved the windows up to the ceiling, the curtains made it chic. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, it even has a toaster! The beds are comfortable, loved how much furniture it had: chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables. One more advantage is washing machine and an iron. Not to speak about spacious and modern bathroom, it had everything I hoped for. Overall, the flat is modern and beautiful, would definitely stay here every time I come to Prague!

The location was perfect (very close to the trams, metro, but everything was accessible even by foot). The room was tidy and clean, everything met our expectations. The arriving went without any problem, it was obvious how we can get in. We arrived 4 hours early, but we could still get in the apartment before arrival. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful, instantly replied all of our messages, calls. I want to highlight a story from the first day: in the evening, we locked ourselves out of the room (we left the key inside). The manager instantly came to our help, despite it was after 10pm, and the situation was solved in just 20 minutes. We are very grateful for that. And, a very big plus for the fan :D it was life-saving during those very hot days.

I cannot say anything, for this price, we could not honestly expect more than what was given.

Very good location. Close tp the dancing building and to the old town. Very spacious apartment. We also had a balcony .. was nice.

The bed was too stiff.

Frankly speaking, one of the best stay for travel. Everything was perfect, room was clean, location was quiet and close to transport( even can walk to charles 15 min away).

There is nothing to complain, just entrance was kind of confusing. For people who gonna book this apartment, just don’t get confused with post boxes in the entrance of building ahah. The code is on door handles, so, you can easily enter apartment .

Excellent option to stay in Prague. Very easy to check in with instructions received. Good room and bathroom size and it got all you need for a comfortable stay (shampoo, gel, hairdryer, iron, fridge, kettle, toaster, some cuttlery and crockery. Great wifi connection. Keep in mind that it works like an apartment and they don't do the rooms or change towels Bed and pillow very confortable. Shower with good water preasure. Quiet neighborhood.

Nothing. To be a little picky I'd say the location because it's not in the center although it is close to it (20 minutes by foot) and there are tram stations close by. If you bring heavy lugagge keep in mind that the elevator doesn't stop at the level of the entrance and you have to go up or down some stairs.

No bin bags available as the bin got full quickly. Towels could be softer and better quality. Kettle took a long time to heat up and a lot of limescale in the kettle.

Great location. Could walk to most places and an easy tram ride from the main station. Was pleasantly surprised to find a really well equipped kitchen with a shared washing machine. Lovely balcony overlooking the street and great art nouveau murals on the house opposite.
