The rooms were extremely spacious and the beds were comfy. The location was excellent!

They removed the AC remote, and the rooms were extremely hot, therefore we had to sleep with the windows open to have some cooler air. The noise from the street below was super loud which made it hard to sleep peacefully.

Perfect location - 10 min walk from the Old Town Square, couple minutes to public transportation and grocery stores. We stayed in two-bedroom/two-level apartment. It was spacious and bright.

The facility does not provide opportunity to store luggage before checking. It directs guests to some public storages but it is not convenient. The apartment had air conditioning units in each room but the host company refused to turn it on despite the fact that it was +26C (79F). Instead, they provided fans, but it helped very little. There was only one pan in the kitchen.

The location is great! Right next to a shopping mall and quite in the center of all touristic spots. We have everything we need in the room and it’s clean and modern. Also the extendible tv set is a great touch, very convenient!

The bars are not loud at all as other people commented, BUT the guests staying here are loud… People were shouting in the hallway before going out and coming back, obviously off for parties and coming back drunk. The air flow hits our door time to time and creates this annoying noise, but it’s bearable at least for me. Also we have coffee machine in the room, but I thought we would have some capsules for using it.

The location was perfect! Great access to everything you need for a city break and the bedrooms were very comfy - very helpful to have extra pillows if need be and perfect kitchen living room area. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend!

It was a shame we didn't have the air conditioning - the remote holders were on the walls but no remotes and it was a very warm few days so this would have been handy (especially for the top bedroom). We didn't have coffee or sugars in the room which also was a shame but there were plenty of cafes around so we ended up grabbing a morning coffee out and about instead.

Well, it was a small, but clean apartment that precisely met my expectations.

The parking situation was unpleasant. The description on the website made me believe that the parking space will be provided by the hosts; instead of this I got a link to an app and had to spend some time searching for a parking garage in the application; then we had to drive to a garage which is not located in the same block as the apartment; We had not expected to get into this situation. Had I known that there would be no parking space available for our car right near the apartment, I'd've rented another apartment. The other thing that the owner cannot fix, and I understand this, is that the street outside may get quite noisy in evenings, because there are two pubs right across the road from the apartment windows.

I wasn’t aware there was a breakfast available. We did our own. It was easy to locate local supermarkets but we didn’t find the Tesco which is a 2 min walk away by the roaring head in the Raj centre until the last day. That would have been handy to know in advance as a google search did not pick it up. Location is excellent for exploring. 2 mins from a tram stop and 5 mins from Mustek station

The door are very loud and people don’t close them they let them slam. This makes for a loud experience at night. Some soft closing doors would be helpful, especially on the front main door which was the worst.

The location was just great: close to the Pargue's main attractions. A shopping center, restaurants & pubs were literally on the same street as well. The kitchen was also well equiped. The size of the room was perfect for two people. Also, we needed to change the dates of our stay and even though we paid the whole amount already, the staff helped us and changed the dates without any problems or additional charges :)

There was a really dirty carpet in our apartment. The room would've looked much better without it :( although, we still had 10 minutes to check- out, the room service knocked on our door to hurry us up. It was really not necessary as we were about to leave on time.

The property's location is excellent, and everything is super close. The room is comfortable and has almost everything (except an iron). In general, I would definitely recommend it, except the communication with the host was not great. We had to go to the reception with suitcases to get a code. Then, we walked some 800 meters to the apartment. They should find a better way to let guests in. The cleaning lady is great; they should put her at reception.

The location was just perfect. We could walk everywhere we want to go pretty comfortably and could come walk back in case of needs. The information on the site was pretty accurate. It was clean and we haven’t heard that much of a noice. We could check in just a bit earlier after a simple phone call so they are reachable and helpful. It’s not the perfect place if you have a luxury hotel dream, but it’s perfect if you want to explore to city at daytime and come back to sleep and chill around nighttime.

It was a bit complicated in the beginning to manage things out. We had complications about our credit card. They found a solution for us but we had to call back and forth. I wish the whole check-in procedure was easier. There isn’t a place to left our luggage and that was a huge problem for us.

The location is great, within walking distance of all main attractions and easy to find. Very close to public transport which made travelling to and from the airport simple. The room itself was ok, very basic facilities and a little worn. Great smart tv! Kitchenette had everything I needed. Very good value for money! Contactless check in was great, code for smart locks sent by email so no hassle of having to check in with actual reception.

There were a few areas of the room that could do with a bit of maintenance, quite a bit of chipped paint and damage to wardrobe. There was a strange window/ balcony type part that didn’t have any way of being locked. The doors to the lobby/ exterior are massive and very loud when closing so you could hear a big thud every time someone entered and exited the building all night.
