Our stay was exceptional! The hotel is located right next to a metro and tram station that can get you anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes. The staff were very polite, fluent in English (which we didn’t take for granted in Prague), and always helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was rich, with variations throughout the days, and a very comfortable and clean environment to enjoy all kinds of choices. Regarding the room, we were lucky enough to have been given a room on the 7th floor, that had a better view than most of the famous towers of Prague! Room service was regular and effective, and the room itself was equipped with anything one would need. We absolutely loved it!!!

As two people used to the heatwaves of Greece, we initially found the room quite cold because of the air conditioning that was on before we arrived, and since then it was not easy to get the temperature up to a high enough level. The staff, though, were very understanding and helpful in resolving the issue, so absolutely no complaints about this, since it wasn’t a real problem!

We faced situations upon our early arrival, and despite offering to pay extra, we were not allowed to check in or even wait in the lobby. As a result, we had to find another hotel for a few hours to rest, which was frustrating after a long journey.

The rules for early check in was so disappointing as they did not allow us even to seat in lobby for few hours till we can get our room and the receptionist asked us to put our luggage in storage room and go to KFC or any 24 hours restaurant to seat and wait for check in time from our arrival time at 6:30am . We even asked to pay for full night to consider us few hours room but they did not help. Finally after 3 hours searching in street we were able to get room from 9:00 am to 3:pm in Novotel hotel to be able to rest before our check in.

Very good location. About 100 m from I.P.Pavlova metro station. Currently a section of this line is close to Nadrazi Holesovice, but bus shuttle is working every few minutes. A lot of not expensive restaurants around as well as Harry Potter theme cafe. No need for taxi at all. All the transportation from and to airport and around Prague was by metro and buses (same tickets). The breakfast was very good. The apartment was big with a jacuzzi. We departed early, so we get a lunch boxes to go. Will definitely come back next time.

The hotel has a very convenient location: 20min on foot from central square; metro station and tram are very close - and despite that really quiet in the room. Has underground parking, which is a great plus! Breakfast was good. Apartment was spacious, even equipped with jacuzzi. I did not like glass door to the bathroom: doesn’t give enough privacy, besides I hit my head once. The a/c in the room was not working well, the room was extremely hot despite cool weather outside, but windows cannot be opened. It took a few days before it got fixed, although wasn’t fixed completely.

Excellent location in middle of Prague. Big room apartment with jacuzzi. Big bed and big expandable sofa for kids. Mini kitchinette available in the room.

- completely missing shower gel, soap or shampoo, for a luxury hotel. - underground private payed parking place --- need to have a small car and do a 1000 manouvres to fit in a place. 22 euro / night, is too much and big chances to get your car scratched. We had a normal size Mercedes E - breakfast very limited, not so many options - i would come again, but without choosing breakfast and parking at hotel

Good location: restaurants, cafes, supermarket nearby, 15 minute walk to central area. Tram 22 to Prague Castle and Mala Strana/Charles Bridge, can be caught at I.P. Pavlova Metro Stop, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I.P. Pavlova Metro station is well-connected to the rest of the city. Easy access to the Hbf also via Metro. Liked the large room, large bed, blackout curtains, sofa, decent bathroom with strong shower flow, and kitchenette with necessary supplies, including scissors. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful; shoutout to Yuliya and another very enthusiastic young woman whose name I don't know. Breakfast was ok and appreciated. (Hospital (ER) nearby if needed.)

The mattress and especially pillows were uncomfortable; pillows definitely need to be changed. The bottom sheet was not fitted so it slid off by morning. Decor is dated, worn. Sofa would be better on the other side of the room, switched with the desk, so TV could be seen from the sofa.

Hairdryer could be better (more powerful), but no real problem. Petty issue was that staff in the night shift were much less helpful. I asked for some stitch and thread two consecutive evnenings, once I was told that the kits are with housekeeping and noone was available at that time, while the next evening, I was told that the hotel has no such thing and I should buy something from the stores. I asked the morning ladies and they literally only had to get a sewing kit out of one of the reception drawers! No major issue, but strange that they did not know they had them...

Location is perfect. Very accessible with car and near enough the center to walk or use the metro/tram just outside (tram and metro station across the street). On higher floors the view from room is very nice. Breakfasts are actually quite good, coffee is good. There is a parking garage, but it is very "tight fit" and with car elevator.

Breakfasts are actually quite good, but as it's a buffet, it depends on the users somewhat. When someone drops tuna into yoghurt, it just doesn't look appetizing. Perhaps they can find a better way to stack them, but I guess the users will always find ways to make some mess.

The room was renovated, very clean, and spacious. The breakfast is at least one level up, considering the number of stars for the hotel. The location is perfect, as it is not in a noisy neighborhood, very close to a metro station and tram stations (preferred), just 12-15' from the old town. By walking distance there are plenty of siteseing, and is close to the river. Definetly recommended.

I would only change the lobby

During 4 days of stay there have been few variations for breakfast, so you don't get bored easily. Stuff was very eager to help with anything. Location is great. Central station is easy to walk. If you are out really late hour there is also a metro station on the opposite street of the hotel. So pretty safe for a solo traveler.

Very flat pillows. But reception lady was really helpful and provided with extra pillow quickly. I'd say pay for a night is still overpriced.
