I booked a twin room as a double room was not available but the Hotel changed it for free. Great advice from the receptionist, very helpfull on where to go and option to visit the city. Bed very confortable, not too soft, very good smooth AC easy to adjust. Super clean. Bar fully furnished in the room in case of need. Overall, recommended. Hotel a bit outside the old town, allowed us to be in less touristic place - with restaurant, bar for locals...

Good bread/croissant would have been nice in the morning (I am French, so picky on that point). Otherwise all perfect.

I was so happy to see a jet in their toilet! Their corridors were so beautiful with a lovely carpet which didn't cover the whole floor, but was spread in the centre. The rooms were esthetically done, the curtains, the wall paper behind the bed etc. It means a lot to those who have an eye for it. One of the staff, Nadim ( if I remember correct) was always smiling and very eager to help. David also provided his assistance as much possible. The location of the hotel was good. One just had to walk a bit to reach the main area of activity.

Would really appreciate if the hotel keeps more food options for the vegetarians and the vegans. The staff at breakfast should greet the guests. I found it very strange that there were so many of them, they would look at you and won't smile or greet. This is not hospitality!

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, room fittings/decorations of high standard. Wifi worked well, good speed and signal. Bed was very comfortable (firm but perfect for me).

Small issue - room was too warm with no way I could find to turn it down. It was freezing cold outside but had to open balcony door often to cool down room.

Standard of the hotel is good. We had a triple room - beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and equipped with everything. Breakfast is excellent with lots of items to choose from. Location of the hotel is about 5 minutes away from the metro / bus stop and 7 minutes away from Wenceslas Square.

The room was slightly small for 3 persons - a luggage rack would help to place luggage

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ametyst in Prague. The location is ideal—quiet but close to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips and service. My room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Ametyst for its excellent service, cozy rooms, and convenient location. Looking forward to staying again!

We had booked about 7 rooms in total for a group of 13 , we had an excellent stay in Prague at this hotel. Its located at close vicinity to the main tourist area easily accessible from public transport though we dint use trams. Taxi only for late nights, it was completely safe to travel in the late nights (as late as 3 to 4 am after winding from our parties). It is in the middle of quiet residential area colorful buildings around. On arrival there was a bit of confusion with a triple room we felt it was too tiny for 3 of us, but the reception cover was really good and had the issue sorted for us speaking to their manager. "Arina" and Marco were very super good made sure we had the best service. 2 complementary water bottles per room was supplied on first day. Breakfast served in the morning was top class covers the usual stuff croissants, bread, eggs, beans pasta , veggies and fruits , juice , tea and coffee. Selection of tea cakes There is a cash machine and bar onsite, off license store next door and also within close range there are few more plus plenty of restaurants too. We will definitely recommend this place and come back here for sure.

The room was clean and had all needed, stuff was helpful, I had issue with the room that supposed to be on the top floor that doesn't have elevator and ladies on reception changed it to anothe room as our family member could not use stairs. Breakfast was awesome! Beds were great.

The room for 3 people was small. The info on the site didn't indicate that the initial room has no elevator access.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ametyst in Prague. It’s perfectly situated in a peaceful neighborhood, yet still close to the city center. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good range of tasty options. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would gladly recommend Hotel Ametyst and look forward to returning!

I have checked in on Tuesday until Friday and got room 509. It was the first time ever that I could sleep in a hotel. Comfy bed and no disturbing noises from neighbors. There was only a little murmur from outside but the window was open!!! With ear plugs perfectly quiet. The room was not too big but stylish and rather ok for one person. The wardrobe and storage place in the bathroom was a bit less but no problem for me. In general the room was clean, TV had a lot of German channels and the breakfast was very nice. No croissants this time but therefore pancakes and excellent homemade spreads (egg, tuna). Next to the hotel there is a mini mini supermarket where one can buy beer and other basics. (There is an extremely quiet refrigerator at the room.) The stuff was very nice and the location was perfect for me - green, quiet and not far away from public transport.

The wardrobe and bath wood door belongs renewed. Maybe there should be tea bags and body lotion in the room. In general these are peanuts. 😃

The hotel left me with the most pleasant impressions! Excellent location. The rooms are very comfortable, with a modern design and all the necessary amenities. The staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast is delicious, which allows you to start the day in a great mood. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Prague!
