I was re-arranged to Hotel Otar because they said my room in Hotel Oya was "destroyed" before I checked in. So my rating is actually for my room in Hotel Otar. The location is quite convenient, close to TRAM and Metro. It is quiet and clean.

A couple of minor things can be improved: 1) I stayed six days, and the cleaning crew did not give me more supplies, and there was no receptionist at the front desk most of the time. 2) The hot water was not hot enough for a comfortable shower. 3) When I was re-assigned to Hotel Otar, I had to carry my luggage to climb the stairs up and down, and nobody offered help. It would have been nicer to help out when the Hotel Oya was the one to change my original booking.

Very convenient location - with a frequent tram service a few steps from the hotel, and a metro stop a 5 minute walk away. There is a fabulous shopping centre very near by. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The room included a fridge, kettle and mugs which was also very handy. Staff were were courteous and helpful. Excellent value. Thank you.

One TV channel in English or with English headlines for the news would have been good.

The power outlet is behind the bed so if you need charge mobile you need to slightly move bed to plug charger. It might be better to have some more outlets or USB ports. WiFi is almost not usable. Very slow so use your LTE data rather

Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need for a short stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great on-site restaurant and bar serving fresh local food — the owner runs a farm, so ingredients come straight from the source! Convenient location with a tram stop right outside, making it easy to reach the city center. Surprisingly quiet, even though it's near a major street.

The exterior of the hotel looks a bit outdated. Parking is not included.

The room was ok, but the it was not clean, under the bed there were tons of dirt. The guy at the front desk asked me for 300 saying it was city tax I knew he was scamming me but I was too tired to argue, so be aware.

Clean and tidy rooms which were very private. The communal areas were peaceful. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Furnishing was very modest. The flat screen TV was bigger in size than what most 4 stars hotels would provide. Toilet was spacious and shower located in a convenient arrangement. Toilet amenities were of good choice. Rooms were cleaned daily. Over all very pleasant room. Hotel is located conveniently close to the public transport. There was a tram stop right infront of the hotel. And the metro station was in the same road few minutes by walking. There are few restaurants nearby, the Vietnemese restaurant was right across the road and a Chinese restaurant 2 minutes by walk. There is also a convenience shop 2 minutes by walk, which remains open till 23:00 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Lucie and the elderly gentle man. I arrived late at 23:20 hours in the night, although the reception was closed Lucie waited for me to arrive over time. She also gave a good incite of the whereabouts. All staff speak good English and can be of enormous help for tourists visiting Prague for the first time. Excellent hotel of choice- value for money.

I arrived late at night after a very long travel- a bottle of water would have been nice among the room amenities for late arrivals.

Very Clean Hotel, rooms impeccable. Location is great- Tram station just in front of hotel. Easy to go to city center. Mall is 7 minutes walk

I requested for a 2 hours late check out which costed 20 Euros. I also booked 2 rooms and requested to cancel one of the rooms which was not accepted. I would have appreciated some flexibility. Breakfast area looked very dark.

It was very good service, and it was quiet too apart from the lift that would wake us sometimes in the morning only because our room was right next to the lift.

We made a special request that we would be arriving between midnight and one in the morning, but when we arrived we were not expected, even though the staff were trying to get in touch with us on the phone but they could not reach us as we were on the plane during that time. So this special request was not taken into consideration and we were waiting for a little while to get attention from a member of staff. We were told there was 20 Euros for late check in but the member of staff said it was ok, we did not need to pay that so that was a nice gesture and we appreciated that.

Location: It's near Metro C, and with tram stops just outside the hotel. Helpful staff, just ask, and they will try to help you in any way they can. Helpful and friendly hotel staff.

There is no available kettle to borrow, though staff is generous enough to give hot water if needed. Hot room, because it's summer (stayed in last week of Aug.), a fan would be a plus. Open windows can be a problem with a light sleeper since the hotel is situated in front of a tram station - which makes it accessible to go to the city centre. A few minutes walk from the metro C. Saturday and Sunday closed restaurants.

Clean rooms with all the amenities I needed and some extra. Great location. Very kind and helpful staff. Great price. Tasty breakfast.

Sound proofing is quite poor: even with closed door and windows I could hear everything happening in the hallways, outside, and at the floor below. There was also no AC in my room.
