First time staying here and visiting Prague. We liked the location as it was located in a quieter location and away from the busy city. Hotel was so close to the metro and in 7 mins you can be in the centre. We liked we had access to the gym and spa with our room. Breakfast included too. View from our room was so nice on the 16th floor. Good variety of breakfast buffet every morning. On our last morning we ordered breakfast to go as we had an early flight and it was a huge meal. We loved coming back to our room after a long day to see our bed was made and room had been cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Souvenir shop, restaurant and lounge area in hotel. Next to the arkady Pankrác mall. Overall a very nice confortable stay.

We feel the rooms were vintage Czech style which we liked but it could be updated in the future. The electrics had loose connection when we used it. Hairdryer in the bathroom made in Italy was a really old fashioned one and it took ages to dry my hair. Needs updating. One of the chairs in our room had a hole in the fabric and the carpet was quite bleached stained. (I guess from cleaning). The tv only had two English channels - MTV and sky news. Couldn’t change the language on it either. Small tv for such a big room. Was okay as we were out all day. Saturdays and Sundays - the lift is very busy. We waited 25 mins to get from 16th floor to 24th floor for spa. You can take the steps but the 24th floor door is locked.

The location is great, as you can easily go to the city center by a tram. You are outside the noisy center and can rest with a great view. The breakfast is nice, as you have plenty of time to come and a wide choice of food and snacks. Everything was tasty. The best option is to pay a little more and get an access to the spa, which is a great bonus while you stay here. Also, the room we booked was very clean to the smallest details, so you feel really comfortable being there. Thanks, I’d really like to come another time🙂

Area is nice clean Shopping centre 2min walk in corner . Breakfast continental very good variety . I must recommend a little pancakes made front of you ( mashine) that was very cool. Try spa and good size pool I’m planning to come back in this hotel in December. Thank you! See you soon

Check-in was easy and by a very friendly girl at the desk. The decor of the hotel was better than I'd expected from reading some of the reviews and my room was clean and comfortable. I paid extra to include use of the pool and wellness area at the top of the hotel. Great views of the city from there. I used the pool and saunas during the morning that were pleasant and well maintained. It did get busier from around lunchtime, so probably gets even busier later on during the day especially evenings. There was a decent selection for breakfast but avoid busy times when it's extremely crowded. Transport to/from the hotel is easy with a nearby tram stop and a short 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

The location is not one of the better areas of Prague but that alone wouldn't stop me choosing this hotel again, as the transport connections are decent.

I recently stayed at Hotel Panorama for two nights, and I left feeling incredibly refreshed! The hotel is beautifully built, and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. The breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. Yeah and I have to mention the amazing traditional Czech dish, svíčková – I enjoyed it 🤩 The staff here is what really made my stay special. Libor was super helpful in assisting me with a room change when I encountered a small technical issue. I also treated myself to a massage with Livia, who is outstanding (my back just stopped hurting!)highly recommend her! Katka at the bar was so friendly, and Vilem, the receptionist, is simply brilliant! You can tell that the staff genuinely care about making guests feel welcome comfortable like a home I’m already looking forward to coming back in February!

The hotel was lovely, really clean and great value for money. I booked a twin room as i was travelling with my adult son, but when we arrived (fairly late), we were asked if we would mind having a king size bed as there were no twins left. I politely refused, and they were very understanding, and we got upgraded to a family connecting room which was effectively 2 rooms together with a central joining door which was lovely. They also offer a complimentary drink for each person..a nice touch!

The pillows were much too soft for both of us. As soon as you put your head down they go flat..I used 3 pillows and it was still pretty flat but that's just preference.

It was a pleasant and short stay. The hotel staff was very welcoming, and I was even selected as the "Guest of the Day," which came with some lovely surprises—a room on the 22nd floor with an amazing view, complimentary breakfast, and access to the business lounge and spa. That was unexpected and very much appreciated. The room was clean, well soundproofed, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The spa is small, but it wasn’t crowded during my visit, so it felt relaxing. The jacuzzi and pool offer a stunning view—though the panoramic windows could use a cleaning. Watching the sunset from the jacuzzi was a memorable experience. The hotel is conveniently located with easy transportation options and is not far from the city center. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays. Thank you to the entire team!

Hotel looks fancy from the interior, great lighting with lamps and ceiling lights, clean sheets, bathroom etc. Double bed is actually big and pillows are low and comfy Every room has a bathtub, with shampoo, conditioner, hand cream etc. and other small grooming tools View was amazing but it was a bit foggy outside Halls are warm and welcoming, jazz music and fancy signs The furniture is nicely integrated in the walls, no sticking out, same colours Friendly staff, even in stressful periods during holidays

Not an issue personally but if you are the kind of person to go to sleep early expect some low conversational noise from adjacent room(s) People smoking in front of the hotel can be uncomfortable probably for some guests, especially coming back alone at night

The hotel staff and management were superb on our recent stay when we had need for medical assistance. They organised a visit from the local hospital and were great in co-ordinating the transfer to hospital and subsequent return to the hotel. This was at 4am in the morning as well! We cannot thank you enough for your thoughfulness and kindness in helping us at this difficult time. You really cannot expect any greater service and care than this, and speaks volumes for the hotel/management ethos and integrity. (we were even allowed to stay an additional 6 hours in the hotel room without charge, waiting for the transport to thr airport). Outside of this, the hotel is great. Very clean with modern furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and well equipped. The spa too was very accessible and a very welcome addition. (The deep muscle massage was perfect). We would certainly like to visit again.

Metal spoons instead of wooden sticks for the tea/coffee would be better.

Upon entry the lobby area was tastefully decorated and laid out with a beautiful feel. ALL the staff, and I mean ALL we met over 4days were great to talk to, and happy. Something we could learn alot from in the UK sometimes. Room was fantastic, enormous bed, so this stopped my Wife lying all over me lol! We ate twice in the restaurant, great quality food so reasonably priced. Located just 5mins walk to underground and easy to get everywhere

Biggest sole pet hate is ALL hotelier have adopted a tight supply of tea coffee etc. Given we were there for 4 days not 4hrs it felt like pulling teeth to get supplies. Poor for what you're paying. Lesson to be learnt.
