Staff was great, even with so many guests they still provide you with the service. Restaurant and bar was great. Also a nice seating area inside. The bed was amazing for your sleep, it felt like heaven.

The room did not have any drinks are related in the minibar, was a suprised. Felt inconvenient. Could also do with a little more soundproofing, easy to hear doors close and guests on the hallway. Also from TV. There is little cover outside at the entrance if it rains, maybe an option to consider some investment here.

The staff at Reception was really great, they supported us to travel Prague with great Iternary, Maps and Guidance. The Room was very clean and awesome stay overall. on Friday(11.04.2025) we arrived little late to hotel and really very hungry, Chef supported us like anything cooked rice, some great salads, french fries ---Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you are family/couple.

Location was perfect as so close to metro and tram links. Reception area was lovely and calming and big open space to sit and relax. Breakfast had a good selection, I particularly liked the fruit, granola, muesli and yoghurt. Coffee machine was great. Staff were lovely.

Struggled to find a table for breakfast as was really busy so that was a bit awkward. Would have been nice to have more fruit selection. Walls a bit thin in room so could hear person next door talking loud on phone and when people walked past.

Nice breakfast, good selection of food and some changes through our stay. Nice contact with the staff, a lot of effort to make our stay best it could be. Front desk helpful and open to any question. Great possibilities to mingle with fellow conference goers.

AC unit in the room could be a little quieter and a little more effective - sometimes it seemed like it was barely doing anything. (To be honest, the temp outside was high and it could have affected the temperature in the room much)

room was clean. breakfast was excellent. staff were friendly.Location was good, it was nice to be slightly outside the city and yet close to the Tram to get in to the city. The bar staff were friendly and provided good service.

The dinner menu was a little limited and the meals not that great. I ended up eating out of the hotel in the evening after trying . A better dinner menu and evening restaurant service would really make a big difference.

Super nice breakfast!

The receptionist failed to mention to us that we're getting a better rate for breakfast if booked when checking in. We only booked one breakfast as at that point we weren't sure what we were doing the following day. We then returned later to book the next day to be charged nearly 25% extra! I addition, we kept finding grapes on the floor in the room which seemed rather odd given the hotel boats by being super clean and tidy.

Stayed in Prague recently, and it was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, conveniently close to the Metro Veyshared station, making it easy to navigate the city. The breakfast was truly a standout feature, with freshly prepared omelettes by the chef, buttery croissants, and the option to squeeze your own fresh orange juice. Highly recommend it for both the location and the quality of service!

We were there just for one night, for the concert at neightboring conference center. so, great location, also close to the subway station, so you can get to the old town pretty fast in about 10 minutes. clean rooms, proper selection of food and drinks for breakfast.

broken garage entrance, hopefully there was friendly staff who helped us get inside the garage, which has plenty of parking spaces. but they're quite small if you travel by something bigger than small hatch.

- rooms are spacious and very clean - the breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious - the food we ordered in the hotel restaurant was very tasty - the towels were changed daily (although we didn’t requested that) - the hotel is nicely and modern furnished - location is super close to the metro station and very close to a beautiful park. - mini markets close by - positive attitude from the staff

I loved the place, its placement in the city and the nice staff. Also, the room was big enough and there was lots of storage space plus amenities.

In the booking it was stipulated that there was going to be only one bed, double king size. However, this was not the case as there was only one big bed and a smaller one. The smaller one was highly uncomfortable because it was an extensibile sofa and it was slippery.
