Not all the rooms are the same - but apparently, the ones offered through Booking are recently refurbished and improved, compared to my previous stays. They added a fridge and a Nespresso machine. The hotel is still a bit dated, but OK for the money if you are not too demanding. It's also good that the rooms have another door between the hall and the actual room, so there isn't much noise coming from the corridor. There is a reasonably priced parking next to the hotel.

There is no air condition, which would not be a big deal, but all rooms have a balcony and if it is hot outside and your only choice is to open the window, you'll find out that there are often people smoking on the balconies, having loud conversations, so that could spoil your stay. Not an issue during colder days, though.

Very surprised by this hotel. It is an old building, but the rooms have been recently refurbished and are very clean and comfortable. Located near a business district, and in a tennis sports complex, it was pleasant out on the balcony which overlooked the tennis courts with the gentle sound of the ball being hit to and fro. Located only a short two minute walk from the bus, and about 10 minutes from the metro. I had a great pizza in restaurant next door. Excellent value for money, and recommend.

The only fault I could find would be to say that some parts of the building look a little worn, but as the rooms have been refurbished, I would expect that the remainder will follow.

Very nice room. Great view from the balcony. If you missed bringing necessary items the hotel has them. Metro station not far away. You can get a massage. Great hotel.

I can't find any faults in this hotel

Our stay at this place was truly enjoyable! The room was comfortable – especially the large and incredibly cozy bed, which provided excellent rest after a day of exploring. A big plus also goes to the towels – they were very soft, absorbed water well, and dried quickly, which isn’t always the case. The fridge worked perfectly, and there were plenty of power outlets to charge all our devices. The entire space felt well thought-out and well-maintained. I highly recommend it – we’d be happy to come back!

The room was exactly as in the photo, and same size. They were true in showing the room as really is, very comfortable and clean! They offered all time free tea and coffee at room (we had a small expresso machine at room) and at reception, great gesture that makes the place very hospitable, and definitely we appreciated and enjoyed !

The staff in reception were nice and friendly, only small thing, they could not speak English, and we needed to use a google translator for some of our questions..

Good value for money. Room is fairly clean and well equipped, the beds are comfy. Staff was nice and helpful. Decent location if you're staying in the area, or don't mind a bit of a trip.

Older hotel that shows it's age. The corner shower is a bit cramped. No air conditioning. Metro is 1km away, so account for around 20 minutes getting to the city centre.
