The place in the Center of Prague, the nice room, the extremely friendly staff, the rooftop bar with a fantastic view over the roofs of Prague, the meals in the rooftop restaurant, it was excellent!

The elevator was out of order. Our room was in the 4th floor

Superb location, right on Prague’s main square and opposite the renowned astronomical clock. The rooftop bar/restaurant has superb views over the square and city. The hotel is decorated and a slightly over-the-top, but appealing, faux baroque style. Good breakfast included.

The shower is over the bath. The step into the bath is quite large and the bath quite slippery, with no grab rail available. We laid a hand towel in the bath while having a shower, to provide a non-slip surface. Also, it would be good to have some extra shelving, to store toiletry bags. Mine ended up living on the bathroom floor.

1. People from reception and the welcoming committee are not empathic at all 2. What was supposed to be a plus, the restaurant on the terrace, was actually a disadvantage. The restaurant is on the 4th floor of the hotel and is served by a single elevator, shared with the hotel guests. For example, 4 roads for the restaurant and only one for the hotel 😔 This aspect was quite difficult to digest. In addition, we were unable to get a reservation because they were blocked by customers from outside the hotel. So no access, no priority .... At breakfast, the same hostile "hospitality" in an environment of 2 small rooms, one of 20 sqm with food and one of 30 sqm with 18 very cramped seats. Probably if you are in the center and there is a fight for reservations, the services no longer matter 😔

Great location, nice/helpful staff and very cool room!

One of the benefits of staying at the hotel was that it had a nice pub in the basement. However, when I tried to go to the pub with a couple friends, there was no room and no chance to get in. It would be nice if a paying guest in the hotel would be provided with some preference when comes to accessing the amenities of the hotel.

Room was expensive but was a lovely big clean room with comfy bed. Breakfast had a good choice of food and drink and Prosecco 😋. Fantastic roof top restaurant and basement bar. We used both and loved them. Location is spot on for easy access to all tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and shops. Super friendly and helpful staff. All in all we loved our stay 😎. Thank you.

When paying such a high nightly price I’d expect atleast 1 free bottle of water each on arrival in room. Bed was on a mezzanine reached by stairs, not suitable for everyone as stairs a little precarious. Shower is over bath which was hard to get out of as no hand rail or non slip mat in bath. 1 extra shelf in bathroom would be handy to hold our toiletries

everything in general: the decor everywhere, the comfort of the bed, the spacious room, the food..

the terrace on the rooftop was overcrowded and the people was smoking while others eating so it wasn’t very comfortable

Great location, a very pleasant stay would recommend to others.

No real moans, the lift was out for a short period, and when you are on the top floor those stairs are a bit of a climb if your of a certain age. However this was resolved quickly, so not a major issue.

Room was lovely beautiful very clean most comfy large bed nice and warm really enjoyed my stay.staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend and would love to come back and stay again one day. Perfect location for the clock .

As much as the staff tried very hard to accommodate my gluten free breakfast the GF bread was terrible and not edible. Hotel has a gluten free bakers 10 mins from them which bake amazing bread and would be easy for them to get them to supply the hotel this should be looked into. Also the noise from the roof top bar was very loud in the room you can hear the chief preparing chopping at 7am and banging around late into the night they need to insulate the room ceiling under the roof kitchen.

The location, staff in the breakfast area and bar area were all friendly. The food at breakfast time was good, the staff accommodated us to the other dining room as the room was too warm near the food. The man who showed us round the facilities in our room during check in was very helpful - carrying our luggage and showing us the safe etc. The taxi we used when leaving was efficient and ready immediately.

The receptionist one night was a little unhelpful and rude, but all the other staff were helpful.

This is the BEST place to stay in Prague!!! We stay in the junior suite and could not be More happier. We’ve come back many times. Adam is wonderful and helpful.
