The balcony was bigger than the bed space but I loved it because I was not in Prague to sleep, the breakfast was prepared in Heaven but eaten here on earth! How could anyone ask for a better location. There is a shop close by and TESCO that closes by 12 mid night and buses and underground just a hop step and jump. Please be on notice that I am coming back to your Hotel. You even help with printing of flight information. You are a 5 million star Hotel

I stayed at Akcent Hotel for 4 nights in June 2025 and was very happy with the experience. The location is perfect – a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, right above a metro station entrance, with a Lidl on the corner, a shopping mall nearby, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The Staropramen brewery is also just around the corner. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-designed. I had a spectacular view of Prague from the 6th floor. The AC worked well, though I hardly needed it thanks to the room’s good position. Despite the hotel being on a busy street, the soundproof windows kept it completely quiet. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The Wi-Fi worked well with no complaints. The staff were kind, helpful, and unobtrusive. Breakfast was the only small downside – not a huge variety, but you’ll always find scrambled eggs, some local options like deer goulash or pâté, and a few vegetarian choices. Overall, Akcent Hotel is not a luxury stay, but it's extremely clean, practical, and thoughtfully designed – ideal for a city break. I had no issues at all and would definitely return!

Breakfast could've had more variety.

Room - excellent. Breakfast is really good except mil deserts. I would recommend to choose another one. Location in general (Smihov) is good but it is a bit noisy especially by 1AM-2AM (drunken people on the street, cars) Cleaning and Room Service are good. Stuff is really excellent and friendly. We faced with situation when a crowd of Spanish students stuck the elevator. The receptionist helped us to reach our apartments and avoid a long waiting.

I cannot remind nothing where the hotel can improve something. As I mentioned, it is mostly about noisy surround only.

Fantastic spacious room with a large balcony which as we were at the corner of the building had two distinct views. The bed wad comfortable and the room was provided with a mini bar fridge and a kettle, The bathroom was clean and a decent size We had a really good breakfast selection each day served in the restaurant on the ground floor The Metro station is right outside the hotel and a few stops takes you to the old town, if you want to walk which we did on the last morning its an easy and pleasant stroll. The area is really pleasant with plenty of shops and cafes nearby.

We stayed at this hotel in Prague and everything was beyond amazing! The location, the room size, the cleanliness, the reception staff, the air conditioning, and even the breakfast — all exceeded our expectations. Honestly, I was truly impressed by the high quality and standards in every aspect. The rooms are exceptionally well-equipped; ours had two air conditioners, a beautiful view with a balcony, an iron, and a fridge. I can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Good breakfast with plenty of choice served from 7-10 Comfortable good sized beds, large room with powerful overhead shower. Large fridge in room. Although not the prettiest location it was ideal as we were next to the metro station, a supermarket downstairs, bus station across the road, a large shopping mall with restaurants was only a 7 minute walk and Manifesto across the road which was a great place to go for an evening meal and/or drink. Easy to jump on Metro or tram and be in the city centre or old town within 10-15 minutes.

The room was very hot, even with the curtains pulled during the day to try to keep it cooler. The air conditioning took all night to cool the room but as we had to take the key card out of the slot the Aircon went off and the room was hot again when we returned after a day out. It measured 36 degrees C. It was quite noisy with the trams & Aircon sometimes sounded like the wind whistling throug but we got used to it. The only English speaking channel on TV was the French news channel.

The hotel is newly renovated and our room was quite spacious. The bathroom was well equiped and modern. Beds were super comfortable and we hade a balcony too. We loved the breakfast as well, variety of food and some really good options. The location may look a little scary at first but it is actually pretty conveniently located. You have a supermarket right under the hotel, the bus stop and metro station is right in front and you can take a bus straight to the airport from there. The old city is easily walkable from the hotel and can reach pretty much every attraction on foot.

Our experience would have been 10/10 if not that unpleasant experience with the male receptionist the day we arrived. I am not sure he was not in a mood that day or he was just like that by nature, he sounded really rude and made it hard for us to understand even how to get to our room by elevator, not to mention other comments he made when I asked if I could work in the lobby before the check-in. The lady the next day was rather chill, nice and welcoming.

It was a perfect hotel for our stay in Prague!!! Every single time going back to our room was so pleasant. Moreover, they let us check-in earlier, after a long road this care was very much appreciated. We enjoyed every second on this fluffy bed, the view was absolutely stunning. the hotel is on the 6th floor so there was an amazing view facing Prague. The metro station was right in front of the hotel which is EXTREMELY convenient! Lidl is right in the building and works till late 22:00 so it's also perfect. New facilities, very comfortable bathroom. Very friendly woman at the check in was ready to answer all our questions. We loved our stay and can't thank enough this hotel for our vacation in Prague!

Our room was spacious and bright, with thick curtains that could block out the light whenever needed. The bed was comfortable, and despite the cold January weather, the room was warm enough, with a hot and pleasant shower. The room was clean and serviced daily, with everything restocked regularly, including tea, coffee, and other essentials. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to almost every taste. Additionally, the hotel was reasonably priced. Although it’s a bit far from the city center for walking, metro and bus lines are very accessible and conveniently close to the hotel.
