Excellent stay at the NH Collection in Prague. The good weather probably helped. Large room with good shower, everything spotless, we had a little outside space too. Staff were great, everyone spoke English and several other languages, very helpful and welcoming. The 'Collections' bit of the hotel is actually a separate building up the hill from the main part, reached by a dinky funicular railway/lift thing. At the top is a bar terrace with views over Prague. In the basement is a swimming pool in 'relaxing' dim blue light, very atmospheric, it's about 10m so long enough to swim properly. Superb breakfast. Lots of outside space to lounge about in.

Location is a little odd, tucked next to a flyover just west of the river, south of Charles Bridge/Old Town, it's about 30 mins walk to the Charles bridge, but BUY A 72-Hr TRAM TICKET for about 12 quid and it's easy, the Andel shopping centre is 5 mins away, trams+busses stop there. (The Relay newsagent there sells tram tickets but their language skills are less advanced.)

Everything was perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I loved our stay. Having parking garage, although a little expensive, was very convenient. The rooms were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The highlight was the little cable car to our room. It was fun for kids. The breakfast was fabulous. And they also serve it to your room if you wish. We have stayed in so many hotels that have buffet breakfast just for the sake of having it on the service list but never is good, but at NH everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The day goes well when you have an amazing start. Overall it was excellent and we will go again.

Great location 5 min walk to Andel metro station. The cable car is amazing and a real novelty! :-) The views into the garden are one of the best views I've had in a hotel. Beautiful view of Prague! The bed was very comfortable. Great night's sleep as the location is quiet (on the hill in the park). The staff were friendly.

The Wi-fi is not great for such a fancy hotel, I would expect better, please improve it. We were disappointed the Sky View bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays, I was looking forward to going there! :-( I don't understand in the main season, during the summer holidays why it's closed? I think that's a mistake, you would get people there every night. The views look amazing! Next time maybe! ;-)

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location up on the hill offered great views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was still close enough to the city to explore easily. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Petr, the Guest Relations Manager, who patiently explained everything about the hotel and gave us great sightseeing tips. Also, compliments to Chef Jirka – my son ordered the beef steak twice via room service and said it was one of the best he’s ever had – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Overall, a lovely experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Not so much that we don't like it, but just a suggestion for the housekeeping to replace complementary bottled water and tea/coffee daily.

The staff was nice, great breakfast, wellness & spa (sauna, jacuzzi & pool) were open since 7 am until 10 pm. The pool was about 18m long so it was possible to swim but not for proper training (unfortunately you cannot find this information anywhere).

When you enter the room, the TV automatically turns on with a promo movie - this was annoying every time. The lights were also placed weirdly in the room, either too much in your face or too little. There are no lockers/changing rooms in wellness - I have never seen this to be the case, staff does not stress this info so I saw many people entering surprised (including me). There is a sauna but no proper cooldown area, just 2 showers close to the toilets.

The room was spacious with a lovely view of the park. When we opened the doors in the morning we heard birds chirping and felt secluded in the centre of Prague. The cable car was fun for our kids and also gave a great view of Prague. The swimming pool and sauna were well maintained and excellent. We also loved the touch of welcome drinks and pastries !

The room service/ restaurant were not flexible when we wanted some simple food for our children (eggs/ a bread roll/ a glass of milk) telling us it wasn't on the menu. This felt rigid given surely they had a breadroll available

It is located near major attractions - easily accessible via trams/metro. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. My Kids enjoyed using the cable car daily - it is the most convenient way to reach the hotel. NH hotel offers free drink vouchers for skipping room service - I thought it was a great incentive. Overall, we had a great time using the facilities (pool, Sauna and Ice Bath).

My stay at this NH Collection hotel in Prague was truly special, thanks to its unique location and features. Upon arrival, after getting off the cable car, you're greeted with a stunning car lounge on the rooftop, offering even more spectacular views of the city. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Prague from above. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is its ground floor, which is actually located above and boasts a wonderful terrace. This terrace offers a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Peter (or Petra) from the reception for the amazing service provided by A1 Hospitality. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. . Overall, this hotel offers a remarkable experience that combines luxury with the charm of Prague's scenic beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in the city.

However, I do feel that the spa facilities could use some improvement. While the hotel overall provides a luxurious experience, the spa didn't quite meet the same standard. With some enhancements, it could become a true highlight of the stay

The hotel is accessible with a cable car, which makes the experience unique! It's surrounded with a park, so it's very nice to take a walk there as well. Breakfast was nice, the terasse is opened during nice weather, so it's quite nice to eat outside with all the greenery and a view on the cable car going up and down. Room and bathroom were spacious, the green terasse was the best part! Tram station was a short walk away.

The cleanliness could be better.

Best location and stuf this is the reason why I like to come back every time in Prague
