We stayed here for 4 nights. We dont tend to spend much time in hotel rooms for city breaks, but the time we spent here was pleasant. The room was clean and tidy and quite comfy. The hotel in general was also clean and tidy. It was very quaint. The cooked breakfast every morning was delicious, and there were enough options on the continental. Easy check in and check out. The location was good. Staff were all pleasant. The hotel represents good value for money.

I marked the location as good as it does have a tram stop that will take you into the city. As we like to walk it was a little further out than anticipated. But that was more on our side than the hotels. Nothing else from a negative point of view to say really.

Very good customer service - friendly and always there to help if help is needed, very easy to get in contact with. Location is great, the hotel is located right in front of a tram stop. Room was clean and sufficiently furnished, it was also being cleaned daily during our stay. Breakfast was very tasty. I also liked the check in system that they use - very simple and intuitive, we were provided with detailed instructions on how to use it beforehand.

I think providing a kettle would make our stay more convenient - if not in every room, one in the common area would do just fine. The hotel leaves some kind of hot water dispenser so that you can make yourself some hot tea in the evening. It does the job but in the late evening the water is not hot enough - a kettle would solve the problem.

It is very easy to get (appr. 10 min) to the city centre by any tram that goes each 5 min. The hotel has its own charm and style, everything is made with love and attention. The room was cozy, bright, comfortable, modern, and, of course, very clean. They have a really beautifully-drawn map with main city sights in their kitchen. The personnel were friendly and kind. The breakfast was very delicious and fullfilling. We truly enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thanks a lot! 🫶🏻

Loved this hotel. Great rooms, good breakfast. Check in was smooth and the location was good for us. You are a few miles from the main sights of Prague but its such a walkable city, there's no need to be in old town. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms, comfy mattress on pillows. Netflix on the TV was a bonus. We had a superior room and heard very little to no outside noise. Very close to the Andel area which has great shops and restaurants. Tram stop right outside if you need it. Thanks for a great stay!

Coffee at breakfast is my only criticism. It's either filter coffee or espresso from a very small home size coffee machine. A decent hotel of this calibre should invest in a proper commercial coffee machine. This would also save time for the staff filling up very small water machines all the time.

The location of the hotel directly by the tram was awesome. Only one stop to metro, and a few stops to Campa or old town and Hradcany. Our room was larger room with a seating area, and was spacious and clean. Nice high ceilings ( orinally was apartment building).The bed was very comfortable. The bfast was included and had just enough of choices for us. We stayed for 4 nights, so the different styles of eggs every morning were nice touch. At the dinner was coffee maker available all day long, every floor had water dispenser with glasses available. Even the checkin is self-serve ( hotel provides the code to enter hotel and key dispenser after paid), the staff was available daily until 6pm and was friendly and professional. Overall the stay was great and we will return.

There is only one problem. The street is super busy, and it's pretty much 24 hours. The noise was loud when windows opened. At very hot days and nights we would like to have windows opened. Luckily, air-conditioning was fully functional, and we were able to keep it at very low overnight and got good night sleep. We will try rooms facing away from the road next time.

Hotel is placed not very far from city center and is easily reachable with trams or subway + trams. Staff was very nice to us and breakfasts were good and diverse. They also have very beautiful and handy design in the whole hotel space: - self-designed map in the dining zone which provides good outlook of the city district with key zones mapped - keys painted on the doors to tell you which one you need Another key point is that this hotel is booked mostly by young couples or friends without children, so the hotel stays quiet silent :)

- Coat hangers were not provided by default, but staff managed to find some for us - Slippers were not provided at all - Windows are looking right at the street, so it will get pretty loud if you want to let in some fresh air (because of trams). But that's not a problem if you are fine with AC unit working

The hotel room was very comfortable and the place is located just next to a tram station, which is a huge plus when traveling to the various tourist attractions. The rooms are very spacious and quiet with soundproofing. Bathrooms were very clean. We didn’t have a refrigerator in the room, but when asked they happily provided us one! Iron and iron stand were available on request. Also on the last day, we had to checkout really early so the hotel staff prepared sandwiches and fruit / juice and kept it in our rooms the previous day. Classy touch!

A minor thing; there was no teapot/coffee maker in the room but that’s okay.

The hotel is in a very practical and comfortable location, close to public transportation and a big shopping mall. Breakfast was varied and slightly changed every day, very delicious. Kind and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We're an older couple so for us the beds were very low which made it hard to get out of. The mattress could also be a bit thicker. The hotel is overall clean, but we noticed the floor of our room was a bit dirty when we arrived.

The accommodation met everything we wanted and possibly more. Great location, tram right in front of the entrance, clean rooms, breakfast included.

Breakfast was pretty much basic, but sufficient. I was lacking fruits or vegetables to choose from, to operate the coffe-machine was a bit odd, it got stuck all the time and hot water for tea was not refilled. But that's basically all I can think of, otherwise very nice...

Quiet and safe location with secure code-only entry. The staff were very friendly and helpful and most of all the breakfast in the morning was always excellent! My one piece of advice for improvement would be to re-do the Showers, which currently (at least in my room) consists of wooden panel interior! This subjects shower interior to potential mold issues, and although I did not see any mold, I could detect a moldy musky smell in the bathroom. Wood and moisture create a perfect environment for mold to develop. Apart from this, my stay was awesome and I would recommend the Bohem Prague Hotel to anyone!
