Very good instructions upfront, worked all smooth. Location is great with tram in front of the door, two mini markets opposite which are opened till late, donut store opposite, Vietnamese restaurant down the street, great breakfast restaurant down the street. Location was very quite, safe nice neighborhood with two schools next to and behind the building, safe parking, really enjoyed it with the family, enough space with two bedrooms, large beds, we'll be back!

Honestly, it was really good. Extra perk would have been a coffee machine, would recommend that purchase e.g. for capsules.

Large, clean, new. Lot.of light with big windows and white furnuture. Nice view, nice safe looking neighbourhood with good brunch restaurant a few hundred meters away. The rooms are really large, the bed is the most comfortable possible. Parking is private area, friendly cleaning personnel.

Only missing item was a washing-drying machine. Some of the "two-bedroom" apartments have no separate kitchen/living area. This is different from international standards or nomenclature. It can be either confusing or inconvinient. Please call it either two-room studio or anything else that can differentiate it from typical two bedroooms + american kitchen living room units. Getting in for the first time during night with the (changing?) codes and the online check-in process was challanging and time consuming. Luckily they have a 24h line. Overall it is a good accommodation.

We were in Prague and had booked airbnb apartment which we needed to leave due to desperate state of the apartment and unresponsive host. It was alreday late (after 19:00h) when we found this apartment, booked it and we were immediately sent precise instructions on how to get the key and how/where to park the car. The apartment was big, clean and with more then enough space for us. The host also has overnight emergency phone line available (which I unfortunately needed to use) with imedate response. I needed to call them because someone in the apartment under ours had a party with loud music at 05:00h. After my call someone came in like less then 5 minutes and the music stoped and we heard it no more.

This location was perfect for the event I was going to nearby, and well connected with trams right outside which take you straight to the castle, city tourist areas etc, and some nice restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Checking in was super easy and efficient, very well set up and I didn't need to contact anyone to get into the building/room. The room was clean, quiet, and more spacious than I expected!

Relatively expensive for a solo traveller, and the lift is slow, but overall very pleased and no major complaints.

Mayby in summer there is no air-conditioning but it is only can affect between 2 - 3 months a year .

Apartment was adequately equipped and the facility was very clean and organised. Public transport is merely 10 steps from the front door. small grocery stores across the street and a cafe right next to the entrance.

Although public transport is right at the door, it still takes about 30 mins to reach the city centre.

We already booked this place a few times for our annual event in Prague. Everything was very easy and straightforward. Easy communication. Online check in. You get exactly what is promised in the description, without any hiccups, which is exactly what we needed during this trip. Will be back again next year.

it was sparkling clean, easy to access, good communication via email we booked car park in advance, got an email for extra payment and the private car park is right at the building with access to the lift, brilliant comfortable beds, we were actually sad that we only stayed one night location is great, literally 3 tram stops from Prague Castle, windows are sound proof! the two bedroom apartment is really spacious

it would be great to have a washing machine, but hey...

I liked a location of the property, with tram 22 stopping right in front of the door. There was a good communication with the host and the standard of the decor and cleanliness was excellent. Just perfect.

There was a fridge in the flat but no cooker even one ring which would be useful. But it was not a great issue with me

Excellent clean room, comfortable bed, everything is brand new and convenient, had all the things you need for a comfortable stay, such as a small fridge and a kettle, as well as the basic kitchen utensils, an iron and a hair-dryer. Also located right on the public transport stop, not far from all the central locations. A public school next door creates nice white noise of children's voices in the mornings. :) Several minimarkets, a coffee shop and a bakery right in the building. Very responsive online reception. Loved this place, and I am going to stay again.
