Lovely hotel, brilliant breakfast, excellent staff in a perfect location.

Bathroom needs a little update.

-The awesome ladies at the reception and breakfast area. -The hotel is in the middle of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The tram is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel has a unique and interesting design, with great attention to detail. Communication was smooth and the service was excellent. The staff were wonderful and very polite — a real highlight of our stay. The location is also quite good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay — the hotel left a very positive impression. Thank you so much :)

What could be improved: 1. There was no clear information about how to open the window — it took me a while to figure it out. 2. The mattress was saggy, and it would be good if such things were checked more carefully. In general, the mattresses seem to be of poor quality and pillows were uncomfortable. 3. The large round sink was quite inconvenient — water splashed everywhere. A smaller, deeper round sink would be much more practical. The faucet was also placed right at the edge of the sink, making it hard to wash hands comfortably. 4. There was no soap dish, so we had to place the bar of soap on the glass shelf, where it kept sliding. 5. The shower hose was already worn out and needs replacement or repair.

Clean and comfy hotel in a great location with very pleasent staff.

Our stay was too short!

Perfect for our weekend trip - the hotel was clean and comfortable, and very quiet. Location was excellent, far enough from the main tourist locations so that it was not crowded or noisy, but with an easy walk to the sights. The included breakfast buffet was a lovely addition and so helpful in getting an early start. We also appreciate that the staff kindly arranged airport taxis for us - the drivers were very polite and prompt. Overall a great experience.

Our room became quite warm even though we turned down the heating, as we like to sleep in a colder room. We often had to open the windows to try to bring the temperature down.

The location was perfect for us out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town bu still enough life to have a great time in the evening. Breakfast you had so much choice and different options every day - excellent

The lighting in the room. This isn't the only hotel we have stayed in where this is the case. There quite often is not enough lighting in the room to sit in comfort and apply my makeup etc. On this occasion the only place where I could see properly and in enough detail to apply my makeup was the bathroom and if your partner is showering then this is very difficult. A spotlight and makeup mirror in the main room on the table would have been perfect.

- They Employees were professional and always helpful with questions and guidance. - The Breakfast spread was well done, for both meat eaters and vegetarians! They even gave a complimentary welcome drink per person, which was worth it, at the their cafe! - Literally from the hotel the Castle was not even 5 mins walk! That made it more easier, avoiding all the steep steps and climbs.

Is good and bad -- i.e The Key for the rooms were so big, that it needs to be handed over every time you go out, to avoid hassle for us, and collect it again when you come back!

Absolutely delightful and cute boutique hotel with everything one needs who wants to experience the real flavor of one of the most beautiful cities in the World. Hotel is 2 min walk from Prague Castle in cute street named after one of the most famous Czech writer Jan Neruda. Hotel named after him as well. Staff is wonderful and always going above and beyond. Breakfast tailored to international travelers - it has something for everyone and all fresh. They even have traditional Czech Christmas cookies. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. It is about 25 min walk across Charles Bridge to Old Time Square with the famous Astronomical clock. My 16 years old daughter loved the hotel as well. It beats all the chain hotels like Hilton and so worth it. Thank you Design Hotel Neruda for the making our stay one to cherish. Iva & Sammi Phillips

Nothing. It was superb.

The stay was very good. the rooms are special and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The hotel is located just below the castle and close to other major spots. The surroundings are less busy though and a bit aside from the main tourist masses. You can reach the major parts of the city across the Charles Bridge in some 25 minutes by foot. Main tram stations are also close. But besides the room and surroundings the very friendly, kind and helpful staff of the hotel was the best. Definitely a place we can recommend and will book during a next visit!

Super cozy hotel. We had a room with windows to Neruda street. We really liked the hotel staff, especially the guy at the reception who helped us with all the questions we were interested in, and also the wonderful polite work of the girl in the restaurant during breakfast. The breakfast by the way was wonderful, delicious and festive for Christmas. The room is very spacious and very cozy and warm.

There is a real question about the poor soundproofing of the rooms (we could hear some guests in the corridor- it’s really not comfortable). The cleaning of the room cannot be called ideal, to be honest.
