The room was beautiful, evening view over town from the room window was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional!

I would personally prefer more private feeling from the bedroom part of the room (only glass door), though visually the space was beautifully arranged.

Stayed over one night for our anniversary, this place had absolutely great service that helped us book the exact room we wanted! The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was easily the best night we slept in Prague.

The hotel has a unique and interesting design, with great attention to detail. Communication was smooth and the service was excellent. The staff were wonderful and very polite — a real highlight of our stay. The location is also quite good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay — the hotel left a very positive impression. Thank you so much :)

What could be improved: 1. There was no clear information about how to open the window — it took me a while to figure it out. 2. The mattress was saggy, and it would be good if such things were checked more carefully. In general, the mattresses seem to be of poor quality and pillows were uncomfortable. 3. The large round sink was quite inconvenient — water splashed everywhere. A smaller, deeper round sink would be much more practical. The faucet was also placed right at the edge of the sink, making it hard to wash hands comfortably. 4. There was no soap dish, so we had to place the bar of soap on the glass shelf, where it kept sliding. 5. The shower hose was already worn out and needs replacement or repair.

- Air con was poor and the room was very hot. We luckily had a portable fan to help cool us. -the lift was very small and temperamental, had to be reset a few times , whilst we were in it! -The toilet situation was awkward—frosted glass that barely hid a silhouette and did nothing for anyone's dignity

Loved the room overlooking the street from above. It was nice to have a bathtub. Staff was excellent and so friendly! Breakfast buffet was very good.

I had booked specifically because there was a hot tub and sauna but did not realize prior to check in that there was a fee of 70 euros (about $80 USD at the time) for 1-hour's use, which is quite steep given that there were no services provided in this base fee. FYI the property is near the top of a long hill. I did not mind the walk at all, but others might.
