The location is amazing , safe area and very close to the castle and old town perfect for a short break to see everything

For those that like a cup of tea with milk, you will need to pick up some milk from the supermarket and pack a few teabags. The fruit tea and coffee selection is excellent though, it's just if you like a tea with milk.

The room was spotless, the decor absolutely amazing, much larger than I expected, the bed and pillows are so comfortable and the cow art is really impressive. The rooms overlook a beautiful courtyard, the property used to be owned by an alchemist and there is a museum on the premises and Kellyxir, a bar that looks great, they have cocktails that look like potions, they also serve food but I would suggest to eat elsewhere as there are so many amazing food places a short walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival with a sweet message. I really liked the location, as the name states, it's close to the castle and it's about 5 minutes walk from the closest tram station, but it's slightly uphill and the stairs leading to the rooms are steep so I wouldn't advise someone with mobility issues to stay. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is considering booking their stay here, luxury at affordable prices and in a beautiful area.

Surprisingly quiet street during day and also at night, historic building,modern furniture,very clean apartment, helpful stuff, easy access in to the property even at night.Everything you can find in description of appartment is at the accommodation ready for you to use.We do not like Prague city in general (we were traveling just because of our mom) but we have changed our mind after staying at this place.Would not stay anywhere else but here or accommodations on the streets close to this one during the future visit in Prague.

I wouldn't advise travelling with a car wider than 1,8m.The accommodation's parking lot is very spacious,but the streets on 'mala strana' leading to accommodation and to the parking lot are very narrow and you risk damaging your car if wider than 1,8 .

Maria greeted us and gave us all the information we needed. Once we entered the room, there was a note to welcome us, naming each individual person and a complementary bottle of prosecco. That was a nice surprise. We had a 3 bed Apartment and each room was airy and light, super clean and modern and had all we needed like hairdryer. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge had some essentials. Every room had it's own tv as well as the one in the living room with access to Netflix etc. At the end of our stay Maria gave us a little bag of 'cow' sweets with their details on a card - What a nice way to hand over your details and thank the guest at the same time. The location was lovely and quiet but had all we needed on our doorstep like cafes, Restaurants, museum, little shops and all this with the most amazing views. The palace was a 5 min walk and we walked to the centre of Prague in 25 min. If we didn't want to walk we just jumped onto a tram which is very frequent. The people are nice, the food and beer is great and it is not massively overprised - what's not to like?

There was nothing at all we didn't like.

Amazing cozy stay. It was so nice after long walking around city to come back through charming courtyard to the coziest apartment ever. The bed was so comfortable, and the smell in the apartment - nice but gentle. When we decided to just rest we could just relax on comfortable sofa, watch some Tv a cook something quickly - like at home. Nice young ladies at the reception were in touch with us since we made the booking and made sure everything will be well before or during our stay. The location of the building is also on quiet and charming street even it is just below the castle, literally, below the castle! Nice and easy-to-navigate walk to almost all famous historical Prague landmarks. Near by is a tram station if you need to go somewhere further. To be accommodated in this apartment felt like living in part of the history of Prague that I love so much.

The rooms are beautiful, staff are amazing and very helpful. They made our stay extra special with balloons and a bottle of fizz to celebrate a special birthday, extra touches mean alot. Love the twinkle lights on the balcony which just added that extra wow factor. I would recommend to everyone and definitely return. The rooms was so spacious and high ceilings. We also had a great view of the tower from the bedroom window.

Nothing I didn't like at mooo by the castle - but a additional thing that would be a great bonus would be a full length mirror, but definitely not a negative

What a fantastic apartment, we opted fortwo bedrooms as a family of four with two teenage daughters. Spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for in the way of facilities. High spec furnishings and appliances with tbd perfect location for exploring. We could not fault if in any way. Highly recommended and would certainly book again if we returned to Prague. Superb. Excellent communication in the run up to the trip and the transfer to and from the airport was effortless. Thank you Mooo for everything.

There was nothing we did not like.

We loved the location! Perfect area to easily commute to downtown Praha but also not deal with so many tourists. Our receptionist was so warm welcoming. We arrived at 10am and she was able to give us a room with in a few mins which she was not obligated to do, due to the 3pm check-in time. This gave us time to rest and give us a head start with going out in the early afternoon refreshed. She was an absolute angel, and sweetheart. We were surprised how beautiful the room and living room was. The bathroom even had heated floors! Will stay here again!!!

Only complaint wasn't about the hotel at all. It's more so the area, which has a lot of uphill walking. To get to the hotel, it takes a while to climb up the steep streets especially with luggage.

Great location near the castle (obviously!). Staff have been excellent since booking all the way until check out. 30 minute walk into the main area across one of two beautiful bridges. The whole area surrounding the hotel is clean, full of cool and quirky shops, restaurants and bars. Arguably the area around this hotel is nicer and less touristy than the main part of Prague which adds to the charm. Hotel has a lovely courtyard, it's own bar and museum and the cow theme is just fab. If we come back to Prague, which I'd like to, we'd definitely stay here again. The rooms were big, ensuite, loads of cupboard space, big communal living area and plenty of towels and a stocked fridge. Impressive. And a free bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch. Although we didn't drink it as we were out every second we could be!

Having to be very picky here as it was brilliant. Mattresses are very firm and the quilts are little individual ones rather than a big proper one. No iron in the room but I'm sure we could have asked for one from reception. As I say very minor.

We had the three-bedroom apartment No. 5. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, TV and safe. There is a full kitchen as well and a large living room. The staff and service is friendly and helpful. The design is great and the building has a beautiful flair. It is located very close to the castle allowing you to explore all of Prague by foot. There is no breakfast. They have a deal with Kafe & Hrnky for breakfast for 330 Kč. I recommend the Kafe & Hrnky for breakfast and would recommend to pay directly and eat a l cart which is cheaper and offers more variety. Overall, I warmly recommend the MOOo by the Castle and see it good value for money.

We stayed in summer with days above 30° C / 85° F. There is no AC. However, with the curtains drawn and windows closed after 10am it stayed cool enough and we kept all windows open during the night and morning. Being located central and with open windows, you do hear quite a bit of noise (e.g., talking, drinking, music from other apartments until late night or trash collection in the morning). We were not bothered too much, but I also always have ear plugs in case there is a longer party outside.
