Everything was perfect, the location, the hotel, the staff ( above helpful), the room, the free coffee, the cleanliness, perfect shower, and breakfast was fab!!

The only thing that would make it amazing is the option of netflix on the TV or some English channels. Its not a big deal and not absolutely needed but would make it great!

The location is in the middle of the historic district. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating Good WiFi Quiet room, with reasonable amount of light as it was facing a rear courtyard Fridge with mini bar in room They respect don't disturb signs and won't hassle to clean the room if you don't want it. Overall I would recommend it.

It's supply and demand, so hotel prices are going to be higher in busy periods like Christmas and new year. Tv had no extra services like Netflix. There are many small supermarkets nearby, but all very expensive just aimed at tourists...avoid them

It's a nice cozy clean place. Good breakfast and excellent location. Good helpful reception.

We stayed for 4 days and felt that cleaning of the rooms could have been done more sincerely.

Great spot, just off the local square that has plenty of shops/cafes restaurants etc, up a slight hill towards the castle (5min walk) and left through a cool entrance archway to a lovely airy building, very quiet and well located for everything you need. 40 mins on public transport from the airport to the square! Reception was wonderful, helpful and friendly with a glass of Prosecco and generally staff were excellent. Facilities very clean and well maintained. Breakfast straightforward and ample. If like me you are going to explore a city and you don’t want to spend too much time at, or money on the hotel, then this is for you, although they do also have a courtyard garden and games room if you are at ends for something to do (not likely). Some pubs and restaurants within a 2 minute walk all good! Great value for money. I’ll visit again

2nd bed was a pull out cot bed that was very comfy and adequate, so not a complaint, just if you are looking for twin room, that might not be what you are expecting.

The location was very good! We were close to the tram line aswell as the buses! The beds were so comfortable i slept very well! Also the staff were very kind and helpful 😊

The hotel can be a bit difficult to find if you use googlemaps 😭 it is located on a hill so it is something to consider if you have some mobility difficulties. The breakfast could have had a little more variety for vegetarians & vegans 🥺 but I was happy that there was vegan milk provided at the breakfast! When other people are going back to their rooms you can hear them very well if they are talking in the hallways 😥, but once everyone is in their rooms it is quiet 😊. The room is a little smaller than I expected.

The room was one of our best - ever - even boasting an (almost) private terrace through French doors. “Almost” private because any other intrepid guest could have used it — but they’d have to find the door and that’s a secret known only to the lucky occupants of Room 1 (or any guest who cares to ask, I’m sure.) Anyway, the room was fabulous — quiet, comfortable, luxurious and private.

What didn’t we like? Honestly, from the check-in, to the staff, the quality of the room, the choices at breakfast — everything was amazing. It all felt like an “upgrade” every time we turned around! We loved everything!

The hotel is very clean, our room was immaculately clean. The room had very high ceilings, with a beautiful design painted on the wooden beams. The staff were reserved, but courteous and helpful. It was also not too hot inside the room, which is often an issue at hotels. The area is very nice, busy during the day and quiet at night. It feels very safe.

Not a problem, but just to make people aware, the hotel is small and does not have a cafe or bar, and the reception is not open 24 hours. An upgrade to smart TVs that you can cast Netflix etc to would be good whenever the TVs are next replaced.

We found it a very welcoming stay ... the staff were friendly and the place has a pleasant ambience. The location is perfect and quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, including delicious freshly baked goods. We enjoyed a beautiful morning walk at the castle before tourist groups started to arrive. The only small reservation we had was with the lighting in our room. We had only one bedside lamp which didn't give sufficient light, and the overhead light was way too bright. We missed having one other lamp. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Having to leave! Will definitely be back

Excellent location and a real Prague experience being close to the Castle. Walking distance to most things even though we had a transport pass. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent staff all round but Michelle was our favourite for dealing with the hot water issues of a medieval building and helping us with airport transport. We'll done to everyone and we would highly recommend.
