Amazing view out of the window, 3 minutes from Karlov Bridge, not bad breakfast (but?! without water??), included small but good mini-bar.

At first glance, you are captivated by the beauty of the surrounding city and the pleasant atmosphere inside the room. Much later, you begin to notice that the room has "seen better days": the chain lock on the door falls off along with the screw, the windowsill is barely secured, and the window fittings are broken or damaged. This is not the high standard the hotel seems to aim for and position itself as offering. It would be good to suggest conducting an audit of all the rooms and assessing whether the owners themselves are satisfied with the current "worn-out" living conditions provided to guests.

So glad I found this accommodation. What a great little place. The location is brilliant, just about 7 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and then you carry on over to Old Town Square and also in easy location to get to Prague Castle.Directly across from the hotel are a choice of restaraunts also. The accommodation itself was fabulous.24 hour reception so no trouble checking in. Our room had everything you needed. Lovely Toiletries, robe and slippers, nice little treats in the fridge. The room was on 2 levels with the bedroom upstairs and downstairs was the bathroom, our little kitchen with a fridge and a cute sofa and table and chairs to sit at and admire the view. The breakfast buffet is served on the landing on the same floor as the rooms. Just brilliant as you take it back to your room to eat. Lovely choice of food and drinks as well. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again or recommend it.

The only gripe was that the plug in the bathroom did not work.

The location is outstanding, tram stop just infront of the hotel. walking distance to main attractions. spacious, comfortable, clean room, love the old character of building/room, the charm that gives you a Praha vibe. The staff were polite and helpfull, especially Miss Lilliana from reception, she has been very kind with excellent service, welcoming us and showed us the room, also bring our luggage down from 3rd floor due to lift that under maintenance, on the check out day. Good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

the bathroom maybe needs to be more focused on the maintain.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – honestly the friendliest I’ve encountered so far. The location was perfect; you can walk everywhere. The room had a great view, and breakfast was decent. I also loved that they offered plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks, plus really good coffee.

I liked everything overall, but since the building is old, it can look a bit dustier than it actually is. The bathroom could be renovated in a more modern style. That said, considering the price and what you get, I’m quite satisfied.

The location was perfect close to all main attractions. Hotel itself was so cozy, rooms made to feel like your are at home and not in a hotel. Breakfast was laid out just outside the room so you can take your pick and bring the plate to your room to enjoy breakfast in a little cosy kitchenette where you can also enjoy the views of Prague. Breakfast selection was great, waffles and pancakes made fresh were delicious. I will definitely return next time I’m in Prague

Nit picking only, shower head needs looking in to as it was not adjustable therefore little uncomfortable at times.

Trams to every part of the city just outside. We used them every day. Tram 22 to the city 15 to the main train station. Google maps and trams perfect. The area is full of great little shops and restaurants everywhere. Charles Bridge is down the street 5 minutes walk .The Castle is up the hill behind walk or tram (tram up ,walk down lol) Explore near and under Charles Bridge for great places to eat and drink.Just love the quiet side of Prauge.

Slight tram noise but our fan distracted us from that.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel perfectly located in the city center. Everything was within walking distance. Our gallery-style apartment was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a charming street view. Breakfast was excellent, and we loved being able to enjoy it in our room. The complimentary snack in the fridge was a lovely touch, especially for the kids! The staff were friendly and helpful — special thanks to the receptionist and the kind housekeeper who assisted us. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Prague! I had an absolutely delightful stay at Miss Sophie’s Charles Bridge Hotel. Nestled in the picturesque Malá Strana district, the hotel is just steps away from the iconic Charles Bridge, making it the perfect base for exploring Prague’s historic beauty. The rooms were beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, rustic charm. I loved the thoughtful touches like plush bedding and a well-stocked minibar. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the views of the surrounding cobblestone streets added to the experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their local recommendations for dining and sightseeing were spot-on. Breakfast was a highlight—a wonderful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and local specialties served in a lovely, intimate setting. It was the perfect way to start the day before venturing out. If you're looking for a boutique hotel with character, top-notch service, and an unbeatable location, Miss Sophie’s Charles Bridge Hotel is a fantastic choice. I can’t wait to return!

Superb location, we were overlooking the street towards Charles Bridge. The rooms are big and have everything you need. The aircon units can be quite loud but it's an old building and when it's 37c outside you get used to them. Even a small kitchenette if you need to cook for yourself. Breakfast was just what you need for a long day exploring Prague, as its on 1 floor you take it back to your room which we enjoyed. Friendly staff and very good value for the location and time of year.

Such a great position to explore the city from. The Charles bridge is so close, tram right outside the door and the views are amazing. The breakfast every morning was really good. The welcome snacks and drinks were lovely. Minor inconvenience with the lift being out of order and having to get suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, thanks to the staff member who helped us. Lucky enough to have a market set up on the square one day and it was great to see local produce and handmade goods for sale.
