We stayed at the Stages Hotel as it was central for the Bruce Springsteen concert and getting into the old town using the tram. It was a lovely friendly and spotlessly clean hotel.

On this occasion, on returning from the concert we went up to the bar area to have a drink. We had noticed that the bar does close at 11. But at 10.50 without any prior warning, we were refused a drink because the bar closes at 10.45. We were not alone as several guests were just getting back. We did not want to travel into town or get a bottle of beer from the reception area. Surely this must happen when there is concerts on at the O2 . Just a little disappointed.

The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The beds were sooo comfortable, and the soundproofing was fantastic—we didn't hear a single noise from the other rooms. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect, especially for doing makeup. We also had an amazing-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body gel in the shower, which came in very handy. The room also had a mini fridge. The cleaning staff came every day to make the bed and replace the dirty towels, so we basically returned every evening to a clean and tidy room! The best part of our entire stay was the breakfast (6:30–11:00). They had a wide variety of options, the food was freshly made every day, and it was absolutely delicious. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but Prague’s public transport is phenomenal. The metro stop was just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so we were in the center within 15 minutes. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we had an amazing time in Prague. We would 100% recommend this stay to anyone! :)

Since we visited Prague in February, our room was a bit chilly at times. We couldn’t quite figure out how the heating worked, but it wasn’t a major issue! :)

The room, service, location, Marshall box and breakfast were fantastic

The downside of the Marshall box is that we had it twice during the week that people were playing loud music at 03:00 AM for almost an hour. I would advise hotel management to put up a sign saying loud music is not allowed after 10 pm and people will be fined if they still play loud music. The other negative for us were the pillows they are too soft and low for us, but this is most of the time a struggle in hotels.

Uniqueness of the style of the hotel. Some hotel loose their theme after you hit the elevator. Not this place! The room feels like a studio with everything from the lighting to the designs on the wall. There are guitars and records hanging on the walls. They served breakfast rolls out of an old drum. The breakfast is amazing. They had bacon, sausage, eggs (different ways), fruit, yogurt, fresh smoothies, cereal, tartlets, rolls, pancakes with different toppings, bread, cold meats, fresh salad with vegetables, cheese, juices, coffee and probably a hundred other items I'm forgetting. Also, they have ice machines, something European countries don't put too much emphasis on, but is pretty much essential for me as I have to worry about keeping medicine cold during travel.

Nothing! All was perfect!

Stages Hotel Prague is always my first choice when I come to the O2 arena for a concert. This was my third time staying at this hotel. My room was ready hours before check in. Hotel room and bathroom are really spacious and super clean. Bed is super comfy. Breakfast is really nice and tasty with many options. Coffee is really good and there is a take away cup available as well. Staff is really kind and welcoming. Hotel guests have separate entrance to attend the concert. The nearest metro station (Ceskomoravska) was closed during our visit, we used the tram and metro to get around.

Staff were polite, room was spotless and very comfy- bed was awesome! Breakfast was great, there is something for everyone! Interior is very interesting and everything looks new. Tram/Metro stop is a couple of mins away and city centre is 15 mins with tram,metro. Great experience overall!

Breakfast was great but staff was very annoying as they were taking our plates, bowls and mugs in front of us as soon as we finished with meal- i was literally still chewing my food- and here they are already taking my plates and cutlery. They are walking around non stop, looking at people and waiting to pick up the plates. I do think this is something that staff does by order and i really think that management should change this approach as we felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed every morning!

I really liked the shape of the building, it really matches to their style, being next to O2 univerzum and O2 arena, the Stages hotel does resemble a multi-layered vinyl :) The location is superb, tram stop, bus stop and even metro station are within a couple of minutes' reach.

2 small things really: - I was missing the ventillation in the bathroom, during a shower it got very steamy very fast. - Breakfast: there were some things I was missing, plus the place where you could slice bread, only 1 person at a time could do it and we were at least always 6-7-8 people waiting in line just for this.

I was expeting to be nice, but I was really impressed of each detail implemented in this building. Music is "hiting" you from everything and everywhere, combined with great style and high quality of materials. I was exploring and exploring every day one small new thing and, honestly, this hotel is giving you all comfort to live there a long time. All people (almost) were kind and friendly, everything, everywhere is clean and tidy. I tried to find something broken or old or not on place, but I couldn't. Feeling like a star - exactly!

The lady on loby bar was clearly agresive and obviously didn't understand english well, she marked my order, but gave me only 1 of 3 things. When I reminded she asked me "what you want?"..... Then I explained what I want, so she became agressive, pushed me the pen almost damaging the bar (to sign the paper bill) and immediatelly turned her back to me. Then she gave me only 2 of 3 and I needed to ask again, so she started to speak in some unclear language to herself - not menatlly stable at all. All the rest people were served, but for me, she didn't want to comunicate. She mentioned something for Ukraine, which made me even more annoyed - not all "white" ladies are Ukraine or Russian - I am Bulgarian, thank you!

We couldn't have asked for a better accomodation for our family vacation. The rooms were modern, spacious and beautifully designed. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location was more than convenient - only a step away from a tram station (which takes you directly to the city center), near the metro station, near the shopping mall and right next to the O2 Arena. Hotel has its underground garage. The breakfast was delightful and exceeded our expectations. Overall, our stay in Stages Hotel was unforgettable experience and we will return to this hotel next time we visit Prague.

Brilliant hotel, design is beautiful, garage is available. Convenient location (especially if you are attending event in O2 arena in Prague) Staff is kind, available, hospitable and welcoming. Apartment that we booked was clean, spacious, bright, lots of daily light coming in. For music lovers there's turntable and records that you can play! Breakfast offer different vegan, non-vegan, options all tasty (we booked it twice in 15 days so tried many dishes) You can also pick up your coffee on the go, because they offer cups to go, if you are in a hurry). There's also a nearby mall where you can buy groceries go for fast food corner...
