We had to catch a morning flight and didn't have time to eat at the buffet. However, we were allowed to pack as much as we wanted in to go boxes right after the buffet opened. This little touch was much appreciated. Our AC didn't work - the room was like one on the Las Vegas strip, hermetically sealed. The engineer not only fixed the problem, he used Google translate to tell us that all would be well in a half hour. And he was right. We were literally across the street from the O2 arena. Billie Eilish performed the night we were there and we didn't hear a peep. Near tram station.

Not the hotel's fault, but allow LOTS of time when booking Ubers or Bolts during rush hour. Our ride took 25 minutes to show up and the driver had to take back roads to the Václav Havel Airport Prague. Bit of a nail biter!

This is our second visit to Prague and to this hotel. We prefer there because of being a good hotel and its breakfast.

The location is a bit out of Old Town, but you can use either tram or subway, 30 minutes to go. The breakfast is wonderful and has a lot of options, but has only pork products as meat. Any of our requests for our room, made from booking.com, was not be noticed. When we asked these requests at the reception, their reply was "you should write us these earlier via booking.com". But we had already written! Netflix connection is not working on the TV app. Lastly, the parking cost is too high. We preferred to park our car on Lisabonska Street for free, but a little bit concerned. Luckly there was no problem for 2 days. Next time, we may prefer a closer hotel to the Old Town, with free parking.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The ambiance throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is also excellent just a short 4 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, making it very convenient for getting around. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The in-room facilities were top-notch, contributing to an overall seamless and enjoyable experience. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return. Without a doubt, I would rate this hotel a solid 10/10.

We chose this hotel due to the ACDC concert in Prague, and in that regard, it was a perfect choice. The hotel has a great rock-themed atmosphere that really gets you in the mood for a concert. The concert-inspired interior design makes a big impression – it’s stylish and very well done. The rooms are stylish and of good standard. Although the hotel is located outside the city center, there is a metro station right next to it – unfortunately, it was closed for renovation during our stay, which made getting around a bit more difficult. There is an underground parking garage available at the hotel, but it comes at an extra cost. Unfortunately, during our stay, the hotel was also hosting a corporate group, which likely affected the quality of service provided to individual guests like us. On our first evening, we wanted to enjoy a drink at the bar, but the staff informed us that the area was reserved for the group. We were allowed to sit at the bar, but only until 11:00 PM, and were told upfront that no one would be able to serve us because they were too busy – this is not how guest service should look. On the second day (the day of the concert), we wanted to have lunch at the hotel restaurant, only to find out that service didn’t start until 5:00 PM – no one informed us in advance. Instead, we were directed to a nearby shopping mall to find something to eat, which was quite disappointing. To sum up, the hotel itself is of good standard and has a fantastic atmosphere, but the way we were treated by the staff left us with a bitter aftertaste.

The staff was friendly. This hotel is located a bit far from the center, but there are no crowds of tourists - a great place to relax. Breakfast was good, it is better to come early - at 10.30 am there are already quite a lot of people. It is great that there are tables in the green area outside.

There are no disposable slippers, but I can’t call this a minus, the room was perfectly clean, the carpet was washed with a vacuum cleaner. The pricing is not entirely clear, I stayed here 3 years ago, with the same input (room for a couple, also in the summer), the price was 2.5 times higher.

We stayed at the Stages Hotel as it was central for the Bruce Springsteen concert and getting into the old town using the tram. It was a lovely friendly and spotlessly clean hotel.

On this occasion, on returning from the concert we went up to the bar area to have a drink. We had noticed that the bar does close at 11. But at 10.50 without any prior warning, we were refused a drink because the bar closes at 10.45. We were not alone as several guests were just getting back. We did not want to travel into town or get a bottle of beer from the reception area. Surely this must happen when there is concerts on at the O2 . Just a little disappointed.

The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The beds were sooo comfortable, and the soundproofing was fantastic—we didn't hear a single noise from the other rooms. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect, especially for doing makeup. We also had an amazing-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body gel in the shower, which came in very handy. The room also had a mini fridge. The cleaning staff came every day to make the bed and replace the dirty towels, so we basically returned every evening to a clean and tidy room! The best part of our entire stay was the breakfast (6:30–11:00). They had a wide variety of options, the food was freshly made every day, and it was absolutely delicious. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but Prague’s public transport is phenomenal. The metro stop was just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so we were in the center within 15 minutes. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we had an amazing time in Prague. We would 100% recommend this stay to anyone! :)

Since we visited Prague in February, our room was a bit chilly at times. We couldn’t quite figure out how the heating worked, but it wasn’t a major issue! :)

Stages Hotel Prague is always my first choice when I come to the O2 arena for a concert. This was my third time staying at this hotel. My room was ready hours before check in. Hotel room and bathroom are really spacious and super clean. Bed is super comfy. Breakfast is really nice and tasty with many options. Coffee is really good and there is a take away cup available as well. Staff is really kind and welcoming. Hotel guests have separate entrance to attend the concert. The nearest metro station (Ceskomoravska) was closed during our visit, we used the tram and metro to get around.

The room, service, location, Marshall box and breakfast were fantastic

The downside of the Marshall box is that we had it twice during the week that people were playing loud music at 03:00 AM for almost an hour. I would advise hotel management to put up a sign saying loud music is not allowed after 10 pm and people will be fined if they still play loud music. The other negative for us were the pillows they are too soft and low for us, but this is most of the time a struggle in hotels.

Uniqueness of the style of the hotel. Some hotel loose their theme after you hit the elevator. Not this place! The room feels like a studio with everything from the lighting to the designs on the wall. There are guitars and records hanging on the walls. They served breakfast rolls out of an old drum. The breakfast is amazing. They had bacon, sausage, eggs (different ways), fruit, yogurt, fresh smoothies, cereal, tartlets, rolls, pancakes with different toppings, bread, cold meats, fresh salad with vegetables, cheese, juices, coffee and probably a hundred other items I'm forgetting. Also, they have ice machines, something European countries don't put too much emphasis on, but is pretty much essential for me as I have to worry about keeping medicine cold during travel.
