I liked that hotel have different activities, restaurants, pool. Even if the weather is bad you can easily find what to do. Shopping centre is in the walking distance from hotel, tram stations about 7min walk . Bohemia restaurant is amazing! Rooms are clean and cozy.

Pool time is limited you pay money and only can use it 17:00-20:00.

It was a very comfortable stay, large room, nice bathroom, all exceptionally clean. The pool was also great, the gym too. Breakfast was very good, loved the pancakes and pretzels.

The staff in general was polite and kind, with a few exceptions - the receptionist rolling his eyes when requested bottles of water, or the receptionists at the sport centre not being able to explain how to get to the outdoors terrace… Also, not having free towels for the pool or in the gym - those are the details that would have really made the difference.

* It would be nice if the offer around water world would be better specified in the offer. One could think there's complimentary access to the pools for an infinite time, but this is not the case. Just be up front about what exactly is included so i don't have to ask :-)

What I like about the property everything the breakfast was amazing. The pool is beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful, polite The Bohemian restaurant, was OK the night I went to dinner. The food was not great. The fish was bland They did not even serve it with a wedge of lemon But the hotel I will definitely be back and I recommended 100%

"I had a great stay at the Wellness Hotel in Prague! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was really clean, comfortable, and had some nice little touches like chocolates and a stocked minibar. The spa was definitely a highlight – it was spotless, relaxing, and had everything from a pool to multiple saunas, plus a cool outdoor area. Breakfast was fantastic too, with plenty of fresh options and a nice vibe. Overall, an awesome place to unwind and enjoy Prague!"

Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were fabulous. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning on our room did not work. Spent 30 minutes trying to get it working. Then, one of the housekeeping staff spent another 30 minutes before declaring it 'kaput'. We were told someone would come the following day to fix it. This was not an option in 35-degree heat. Had to ask for a change of room as this was not being offered as an option.

Honestly, I’m waiting for an accuse to visit this hotel again. Nothing was too much to ask. Great location, not too loud like inner city but easily accessible. Had access to the water and sauna world which I visited daily and it was just the break I needed. We planned to hotel hop while in Prague but we extended our stay in this hotel because I felt we weren’t going to get the same experience anywhere else. Also, I recommend the Cactus juice for breakfast. Surprisingly delicious

The only thing I would say is maybe remind guests when checking in of the 11am checkout or think about extending it to 12pm. Nothing else to complain about.

I rated my stay 10/10 and I can fully recommend Wellness Hotel Step! I came with my husband and my 2 boys under 10. I was looking for a clean place (I value cleanness a lot) with a free parking (preferably bigger as we were coming in late) and nice breakfast. Parking – it is very spacious; we had no problem to find a parking spot even though we came in the evening. Rooms – were super clean, there was even complementary bottle of wine waiting for us! Hotel – nicely located, 15mins to city center, you can buy tram tickets in the machine by the front desk and you get the map on how to get to the tram too! At arrival we were given complementary drinks available at the lobby bar or restaurant, at departure water to go and a lovely Prague magnet as well as a discount for the next stay. Also 2 hours of free swimming pool time daily! Breakfast – the longest buffet I’ve ever seen with separate area for smaller kids and gluten-free corner. Pancakes served on the spot, everything fresh and so many choices.

The only thing that became a bit problematic was that we were located in a separate building (where they have rooms for families) and initially we couldn’t find it. After I came back to reception we were safely escorted to the building though 😊

The service is good with welcoming staff at the customer service counter that takes initiative to offer help. The facilities are excellent for my family to spend some enjoyable leisure time together - badminton, tennis, squash, swimming pool, bowling, etc. Delicious food and heart warming service in the Hotel restaurant at a very reasonable price. The location is good not too busy but easy communication by tram and tax fare for commuting to city centre or major tourist spots are very affordable.
