If you have a car, there is a paid parking lot for 21 Euros. A nice and closed parking lot. The surroundings are very nice. There is a shopping mall nearby. You can find some reasonably priced things. There is a Lidl market nearby. You can get to anywhere with Bolt for a maximum of 8-9 Euros. There is a money changing office in the shopping mall next to the hotel. It changes from 24.10 Euros. The hotel rooms are very nice. The breakfast is a typical Middle Eastern breakfast. There is hummus and yogurt. It is the first time I have seen a hotel breakfast outside of Bosnia that does not have pork salami. There is even espresso at breakfast. There is also an espresso machine in the rooms. I was very pleased.

I have three small criticisms. One is how technically possible it is, but it would be better if air conditioning was installed in the rooms. Even if there was a floor lamp, the room lighting is insufficient in my opinion. Also, it would be better if this cabinet was a mini fridge instead of a cooling one. Other than that, everything is great. If I come to Prague again, I will stay and recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel is located in a nice area of Prague. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfasts. There is paid parking, but you can also park your car on the street near the hotel, it's cheaper on weekends. Prague city center is 10 minutes away by taxi. If you use the bolt app, it's only 8 euros.

The whole experience was so great. The shower has hot water 24 hours a day. The reception would happily assist you whenever needed. And the cleaning service is outstanding. Down the hall, the Jerusalem restaurant is serving the best breakfast with loads of varieties. So make sure you take the room with breakfast. It is really worth it And the best of the hotel is "Josefina". She is an outstanding and hospitable receiprionist. No matter the time you would report an issue that you confront, she is always there to help and take an immediate action to tackle it. She is priceless and so valuable asset to the Staff of hotel Carol.

I have stayed before and remember much more plentiful breakfast. There were barely any fruit choices (in the middle of summer). I can’t have dairy and they had no alternative milk available. They did cater for my gluten free needs though. Currently, the nearby tube station is closed for refurb so the travel there is somewhat cumbersome.

I booked a room in this hotel to be close to the O2 Arena. 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the concert hall. The staff are very competent and attentive. The room was spacious and well appointed. The area where the hotel is located is quiet. Access to public transport is close to the hotel. You can reach the city centre and the castle without changing. I loved this place, the decor of the reception area and the dinning area was exceptional. The rooms were always clean and the cleaners were always the friendliest. It’s not your mod cons hotel but it’s brilliant and the area is quiet if you prefer to venture into the craziness. Ceskomoravska station is a 5 min walk.

Only things that stopped this from being a 10 is the lack of a room kettle (coffee in reception area) also the breakfast is a little basic. Your frankfurters and eggs with beans, few cereals and yoghurts. Other than that I loved my experience here

Breakfast is good, parkhaus available. Close to the hotel there is a perfect restaurant "Old Armenia" with a nice chose of real kaukasian food.

During my hotel and parkplace reservation incl online check inn I have been received around 30 emails... I suppose it is to much. The blanket on the bed is very small for my height of 179 cm and the pillows are a bit old, it’s time to change them.

Reception staff was kind enough to allow early check-in at no extra charge. A good breakfast spread which included some hot cooked food items. Staff were kind enough to warm up some cold milk for me. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was good. A 6-min walk to Ceskomoravska metro station that brings you to city centre. Adjacent to Harfa Galleria Mall with many shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Easy access from airport by bus and metro.

No major issues. Suggest to have a microwave oven in the Breakfast Room so that guests can warm up food themselves.

Very friendly staff, and cozy rooms. The neighborhood had a great selection of all different kinds of food, where The hotels resturant were delicious too.

There isn’t aircondition in The rooms unfortunately, but only a fan. And with that on, the room was still very hot. But we also went in august, so when off the summer season, that shouldn’t be a problem. The hotel is also a little far from the city, we took the tram which took 30 minutes to centrum and costed 2,5€ both ways, but that worked great for us, and then we got to try the great food options in the area.
