This hotel is in the Mala Strana section of Prague, which is historic, beautiful, and full of restaurants and shops, but is not as crowded as the central city. That said, it is only a one mile walk or a short tram ride to central Prague. This Ibis is also right across the street from an amazing traditional Czech restaurant--Zlaty Klas--full of locals, beer-forward, and with utterly delicious food. Just a bit further is an excellent smoothie/salads/coffee shop. Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff are terrific. The bar is superb--beer on tap and an espresso machine. The elevators were fast and easy to use.

My only suggestion is to ask management to refrain from having parked cars on the pedestrian walkway.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Anděl tram stops and metro stations for quick access to the old town, there is also a wide range of shops and restaurants next to the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and spacious. Overall we had a lovely stay and thought the hotel was good value for money.

My only minor criticism would be that the curtains in the room didn't completely block out the light, so on sunny mornings the room got light. So make sure to bring an eye mask if this is an issue for you.

Overall, very good another enjoyable experience at an Ibis hotel. A couple of points for you to consider. First, there was an issue with the shower Not sure if a design issue or maintenance. Every time you used the shower, water came through on to the bathroom floor. Second, the hairdryer. This was in the bathroom. It did not work. There was a sign to say not to use electrical appliances in the bathroom. Clearly, the hairdryer had been disconnected to comply with this requirement. However, there was no alternative provision and I would have thought that it would have been relocated or a plug-in to use in the main room would have been available.

The hotel had excellent location. Very close to public transport and underground. Big shopping mall with food court was next to the hotel. Many other shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the bathroom had a good size, with big shower. Our room was on the sixth floor , so no noise from outside, which was great.

The triple room was quite small for three people. There was small desk, no room for a chair, very little room around beds. There was no tea/coffee maker.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and has all kinds of transport that you can use to get to the main places quite quickly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, cleaned daily. The staff was very polite and helped us when we had a problem with one of the plastic cards for the room.

The only thing I would point out as a small minus is that the windows do not have insect nets and we regularly had different types of bugs in the room.

Room is very basic, but functional and perfect for a person who is in town on a short work-trip. Location is very good with shops and bars/bistros near by. Also there's a Metro station only 3 minutes walk from the hotel, so you can easily reach most parts of Prague. Breakfast is also very good in the sense that it has largely all the usual components you would like to see at a breakfast buffet.

Our room was super clean and spacious enough for our 4-nights stay. The hotel is only a 4-min walk from a very busy public transport stop (Anděl) and Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre (which has a Tesco supermarket inside that is open until midnight). City center is easily reachable by public transport. Malá Strana (Lesser Town) is 10-min by tram and Staré Město (Old Town) is 20-min away by tram. Breakfast is highly recommended as well. Super fulfilling and lots of variety of food - both sweet and savory amazing options. Will definitely stay here during our next visit.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The price-performance ratio is really good compared to other hotels and room, staff, cleanliness etc. was as good as expected. Nice to know is the shoppingmall with a supermarket next to the hotel. Its not in the center of praha, everybody who books here should know, that you have to walk a bit from/to the center or central station or use the public transport system-

Location is not the most favourable, but sufficient for an overnight stay on a city trip.

Good location, close to metro. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom.

There was no space where to unpack suitcases. 4 hangers for 2 people. One shelf. Not even smallest refrigerator or coffee maker. I do not have experience with the Czech hotels (although I am originally from Czech R.)but in USA(where I currently live)even the last smallest hotel usually has tiny refrigerator and coffee maker.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. After we went to our room we asked reception for two more pillows and they were delivered by the time we returned from dinner. The room was well appointed and surprisingly quiet. A good location next to a shopping centre if you forget toiletries or want multiple food options. Just outside of the tourist zone so restaurants and bars are not charging tourist prices.
