The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Anděl tram stops and metro stations for quick access to the old town, there is also a wide range of shops and restaurants next to the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and spacious. Overall we had a lovely stay and thought the hotel was good value for money.

My only minor criticism would be that the curtains in the room didn't completely block out the light, so on sunny mornings the room got light. So make sure to bring an eye mask if this is an issue for you.

Overall, very good another enjoyable experience at an Ibis hotel. A couple of points for you to consider. First, there was an issue with the shower Not sure if a design issue or maintenance. Every time you used the shower, water came through on to the bathroom floor. Second, the hairdryer. This was in the bathroom. It did not work. There was a sign to say not to use electrical appliances in the bathroom. Clearly, the hairdryer had been disconnected to comply with this requirement. However, there was no alternative provision and I would have thought that it would have been relocated or a plug-in to use in the main room would have been available.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and has all kinds of transport that you can use to get to the main places quite quickly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, cleaned daily. The staff was very polite and helped us when we had a problem with one of the plastic cards for the room.

The only thing I would point out as a small minus is that the windows do not have insect nets and we regularly had different types of bugs in the room.

The hotel had excellent location. Very close to public transport and underground. Big shopping mall with food court was next to the hotel. Many other shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the bathroom had a good size, with big shower. Our room was on the sixth floor , so no noise from outside, which was great.

The triple room was quite small for three people. There was small desk, no room for a chair, very little room around beds. There was no tea/coffee maker.

Our room was super clean and spacious enough for our 4-nights stay. The hotel is only a 4-min walk from a very busy public transport stop (Anděl) and Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre (which has a Tesco supermarket inside that is open until midnight). City center is easily reachable by public transport. Malá Strana (Lesser Town) is 10-min by tram and Staré Město (Old Town) is 20-min away by tram. Breakfast is highly recommended as well. Super fulfilling and lots of variety of food - both sweet and savory amazing options. Will definitely stay here during our next visit.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The price-performance ratio is really good compared to other hotels and room, staff, cleanliness etc. was as good as expected. Nice to know is the shoppingmall with a supermarket next to the hotel. Its not in the center of praha, everybody who books here should know, that you have to walk a bit from/to the center or central station or use the public transport system-

Location is not the most favourable, but sufficient for an overnight stay on a city trip.

- excellent location, a very good and lively district, perfectly connected with Florence Bus station and Central Station by several tram lines - very friendly stuff, ready to help any moment

- no slippers, the floor in the room is an old carpet floor, not very hygienic - furniture and design are quiet old, pillows are not very good, overall impression is: it’s a bit overpriced for just beds and shower.

The hotel is in convenient location, Mall nearby with food court with very reasonable price. A Tesco supermarket in the same mall, money exchange. Hotel cafe prices are very reasonable but the receptionist failed to promte or recommend. after two days accidentally I walked in and I was surprised. The cafe staff are very friendly. Metro Tramp a minute walk from the hotel. you take a bus 191 from the airport to the hotel just £2.

Modern, in an ideal location with helpful staff. Car parking was roughly £20 either outside or downstairs and this was paid for upon check in. Our room was small, but what we needed.

There wasn’t much air circulation in the room. When we arrived, the window was shut and the room was very warm (we were there during end of Feb). There was some sort of air conditioning unit but it seemed to only pump out warm air. We opened the window but it only opened so far.

The staff at the reception and at the restaurant (breakfast) were courteous and very helpful. The location is well-connected by metro and trams, well-provided in restaurants, and far from the touristic centre.

To open the room or to activate the elevator, I had to push the magnetic card in its sheath several times before it worked. (The staff helped with it took too long, but the hardware might still be improved.)
