The employees are very nice, smiling, they try to fulfill the guests everything they see in their eyes, if it is possible for them. We were very pleased with the welcome drink at the reception and the gift that was brought to our room, "champagne". The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and fragrant. A really great and beautiful hotel with a beautiful view.

The location is superb, the staff were friendly and gave instructions on where to park. Rooms were clean and even got some sparkling wine as a courtesy. Would come back again for the location alone.

Even though we got instructions that parking was possible near the hotel if there were spaces - it was not. You need to park at a gallery underground parking (~7min walk). Even though its in the category what I didn't like, I understand that there were changes to parking spaces in Prague and the parking is no longer possible for guests to be given and it's not the hotels fault. The AC was weird, didn't turn on the first day, then could'nt be turned off the next 😁

The staff were some of the kindest people we have met, giving us what felt like special treatment towards our stay for my husbands 60th birthday. The property itself is a given, as well as beautifully managed, the interior and exterior is flawless, really adding to the experience of Prague. To finally top it off with a cherry on top, the location is perfect for holiday goers. You are in close proximity to the tourist attractions and just the city in general. Highly recommend this establishment, I’ll certainly be back for another great stay, at some point in the future.

Luxury Family Hotel is very well located. Only 5 min walk to Charles Bridge or 5 min tram ride to the Castle/Cathedral. Short walk to tram stop, eateries, pubs, souvenier shops etc.Everything about the hotel is lovely and unpretentious. Friendly staff that speak english. Quiet location across the road from the Czech Senate. Very comfortable air conditioned room, and comfy bed. Good size bathroom, with bath. Convenient to have a lovely buffet breakfast every morning.

There must have been staffing issues with bar staff, none available. Otherwise lovely stay.

I liked the location, and view of the castle. Very high ceilings.

The drain in my shower didn't work very well and my shower would fill up and flood into the bathroom. One of the belt loops on the robe in my room was broken. The information pamphlet in the room said to dial for room service, but there is no restaurant or room service available. Perhaps remove that.

Location is amazing

They had taken deposit of 100 euros and while I was checking out I never got mu deposit as the person on reception was not able to do the same. She took mu card for refund and said it will received in 2-3 days, it’s more than a week I’m back to india and I’m following up with them on call and email daily but they are not able to refund my money. Is it so difficult to refund money. I have even mailed my account statement showing I paid money and have not received anything back. Horrible. Hoping the query will get resolved soon.

Great hotel conveniently located close to both the Prague Castle and the Old Town, with nice classical decorated rooms in a quiet neighborhood. I particularly liked the view from the room to the adjacent park (Vojanovy sady).

Breakfast was quite modest and the breakfast space is rather small.

Great location, very nice room with comfortable beds, they gave us a glass of champagne when we checked in which was a very nice touch.

There were a few small maintenance items in the bathroom that we mentioned to the person at reception on the first day, unfortunately only 1 of them was fixed by the time we left, i.e. the shower head was loose, the plug in the basin did not work, and the light above the basin in the bathroom was not working.

Old school grandeur with modern touches. The location is amazing - turn left and Mala Strana is 2 mins walk, turn right and Old Town is 5mins away. The bed was super comfortable. Fantastic, friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. Good, hearty breakfast: the cooked option was filling and the children loved the waffle maker. The photo is the view from our window.
