The location is great, you can easily walk to most of the main attractions in Prague. If you don't feel like walking, there's a tram station very close to the hotel. Despite being close to everything, it wasn't noisy during the night. The parking is safe and very convenient - just watch out if you're coming with a sports car since the turn-in from the road is quite steep. It's not a problem for non-sports cars, but if you do have a sports car, be very careful - ours was probably less than a centimeter from scratching the floor and the suspension hasn't been modded to lower it. The staff were very kind, the room was clean.

Maybe a bit more variety for breakfast and the rooms felt a bit outdated. As mentioned - the staff were very kind, but during breakfast, as soon as you took the last bit of food from the plate in your mouth, someone would be over asking if they can take your plate - before you've even had the chance to chew. Obviously, it's good that they're attentive, but bothering someone whilst they're chewing their food is a bit impolite. It's not bad, but we would've expected a bit more for a 5-star hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of hot and cold items and baked goods. Only negative, was the limited selection of fresh fruit. Very nice dining room used for breakfast, possible to eat inside or out in garden.

I discovered that I had been charged twice for my hotel stay, the night before I was scheduled to depart. (Prepaid through booking.com, and then charged again at the hotel at check-in.) When I brought this to the attention at the front desk, a cash refund was issued promptly. Although the issue was rectified immediately, it would have been better had the hotel discovered the mistake and brought this to my attention. What would have happened if I did not discover this mistake until much later, after I had checked out and left the country?

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a large bathroom. The hotel was cozy and not overly large. the hotel restaurant is available for delightful dinners, which are convenient for enjoying Prague untill late without the troble of looking for a place to dine. The included breakfast was tasty ,plentiful, and diverse. The staff were always available, polite, helpful, and generous. regarding services: Although we did not the spa, a rental car we needed was delivered to the hotel door, which was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel close to town centre nice room, plenty space, good shower, jacuzzi bath. room was clean, housekeepers very gd separate sitting area from bedroom. the staff Zbyne`k, Dominic, Tatiana, Petrl and Diona were very friendly, helpful, attentive. the Spa was very good and lovely girls, great massage, relaxing

breakfast was a buffet, not always very hot food, need to top up some items more often, as ran out of bacon, oatmilk few times and didn't produce anymore when asked. coffee was never too hot either and didn't have ordinary tea, just herbal. the selection for breakfast was gd though. Need to get more selection of drinks at bar and also still water in room as only sparkling in ours

Excellent location - all essential central parts of Prague are in a walking distance. Good noise isolation from the street - you can barely hear the trams passing by on the nearby street.

Although restorant food and variety is abundant, some seasonal/locally sourced additions would be welcome. July is the season for local fruits, isn't it? Noise isolation between rooms could be better (especially the doors between adjacent apartments).

Location is fantastic both for seeing Prague Old Town and the Castle (steep walk up, so plan carefully). Very good breakfasts with wide selection of cereals, fruit, vegetables, forms of eggs and meats, all very nice. We thought my mum's room was big and luxurious until we saw ours, and we picked the cheapest rooms available - totally worth it. Deep bathtubs, we took lovely baths to warm up after a day of walking. Kettle and selection of teas in the wardrobe. Perfectly equipped rooms with large, comfortable beds. We used the parking option - highly recommended if you come by car, as there is literally nowhere else to park.

No selection of craft beer (or we weren't informed), only the big companies available. Otherwise all the extras were quite pricey, I suppose the location dictates that. But that's nothing against the pros.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hoffmeister Hotel in Prague! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short 3-minute walk from Malostranská station, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and very cosy, offering a truly comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. A special thanks to Petr at the reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also greatly appreciate the hotel manager’s efforts in making our stay so memorable—it really made a difference. The breakfast was delicious and varied; we didn’t miss a thing. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly return!

The staff was very friendly, especially one person at the reception...i should not mention the name 😊 The location is great, you're not in the city center but close enough to have access to everything. The tram station is very close. The hotel itself offers various offers, which unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of due to time constraints. In short, quiet location, large rooms, cleanliness, rich breakfast, shortly...everything you need is in one place for a nice break

There is nothing to say because everything was so perfect.

My husband and I have already stayed in this beautiful place on a regular basis. This time we had a room with a patio. It was great sitting outside with the beautiful weather. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and well maintained. The whole staff ( reception, concierge, breakfast area, cleaning lady ) is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Phone didn't connect to WIFI for the first 2 days but when it did there were no further issues Maybe use toiletry dispensers in the bathroom as opposed to the tubes you currently have Coffee cups in room slightly too small - cups used at breakfast were ideal size
