Location was convenient. Very close to the metro station(Hradčanska) and tram stations. There is also a bus stop of flixbus(Hradčanská), you can hop on the bus to Karlovy Vary from that station. You don't need to go to the terminal. I went to Český Krumlov so it's a different direction. So I get on the bus from the Florenc bus terminal. It took 2 metro lines but it was very short and easy to reach. Prague Castle is 25 min walking distance. I walked to the castle. On my way I came across a bridge above the road and I saw people walking on the bridge towards a park. I took this bridge(Lávka Borka Šípka) by chance and I reached to the Royal Garden. Afterwards I came to the Castle and I realized that I didn't climb any stairs to the castle. If you draw a route to the castle on google map, the route always contains the stairs. I took the stairs to get to down which is easier. If you walk from the hostel direction it's a convenient route. There are also trams if you don't want to walk. I stayed in a private room with shower, there is no toilet in the room. But shared toilets were always clean and paper was always full. Men and women toilets-showers were seperated. I arrived 1 hour earlier than check-in time and they said my room is ready and let me check-in. I didn't expect that so I was so happy. They also have a luggage room but I didn't need it. After 10pm the reception is closed. There is a password for the entrance door and the password changes once a week on wednesdays which is good for security. So don't forget to get the new password before leaving the hostel if you will be back after 10 pm. I really enjoyed my stay, the location is also calm and quiet. It was my first time in Prague and if I come again I would like to stay here.

The network connection was not stable. Sometimes good but sometimes poor

A very quiet area, especially with the room facing the green inner courtyard - couldn't wish for more (the other guests are a different story). Well equipped and quite spacious single room, with table, chair, generous clothes cupboard, book-reading chair, cozy bed. I appreciated a few lights of different intensities, even the low/warm ones for late night reading (which is not always the case). I had no comfort issues in the night. The building might have been a sanatorium of sorts, looking at the room plan. There was a sink with cold water in the room - alas just a plastic cup. The wifi was working well. The shared toilets/showers were sufficient and cleaned visibly every day, so I felt pretty good using them. Each shower cubicle had also a drying/changing area. The shared kitchenette had everything from a stove to fridge, alas only a small number of glasses and cups. The staff at the reception polite, helpful, the check-in, check-out simple. The personal data collection a bit of an outdated nuance, but I saw now problem with it. Late night returns no issue with the PIN code access. I really appreciated the spacious luggage storage for a early check-in, late check-out - so I could still spend the last day in Prague, even after vacating my room, while the reception was open.

The hostel vibe - one could hear everything from the corridor and (open) kitchen. While the facility has a silent-hours policy, there was no one to enforce it (as even the reception was closed after 10PM) and the youngsters partied loud in the kitchen and some Eastern-European family talked very loudly even around midnight. The walk to the metro/trams takes 5-10 minutes. More cups/glasses in the kitchen.

The mattress was very comfortable, probably the best I have ever had in any hotel. Location was great for our needs, very close to restaurants, grocery stores and public transport. Nice neighbourhood.

Pillows were too soft and the curtain didn't really block any light. A shoehorn would have been appreciated. Also if you get the room right next to the shared bathroom, good luck sleeping. Someone was also smoking in the bathroom stall and you could even smell it in the room (people problem, but unfortunately a possibility in a low cost accommodation..).

Clean and quiet environment. You need to put away the bed sheet by yourself. Nice vintage decorations. Staffs are friendly and also provided us a lounge room for studying.

The ladder up the bed is hard and a little painful to climb. Maybe the owner can find something soft to stick on them:)

- lovely hotel with lots of character - so many communal spaces, including outdoors - option to do laundry - communal spaces were clean - bedroom was a great size and clean. Nice to have a sink in the room too - the location felt safe and had lots of nice restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby (we recommend the Georgian cafe near - was amazing!) - good value for money - can store luggage before check in in a locked room

- although it was located in a nice area, it was far to walk to the centre (about 45 minutes) which is what we enjoy doing. There is a subway and tram nearby though)

The hostel is in the perfect place. It's a very calm neighborhood so we could keep soundly, there were a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the city center could be very easily reached with public transport. The staff is really nice, they gave us advice for parking our car, allowing us to save almost 14 euros! The room had the basic, same with the rest of the facilities. Nothing fancy, just what you need (everything perfectly clean), so it was perfect for us.

We weren't told that we needed a code to get in when the reception is closed, and didn't notice the signs. If that happens, there's a number on the entrance door for emergencies so all is well. Also the beds are not very comfy, but we didn't care.

Amazing location! Everything is so close. There are lots of very good bars, cafes and shops around and it is very easy to get anywhere you want from the hostel. Trams, metro and even Flix bus stops are close. Room was spaciuos, comfortable beds, no noise around and as there is a lift in a building. Very straight foward to get to/from the hostel to the airport by public transport.

Only the rainy weather in Prague :-)

We were a rather larger group (ca. 15 of us) so we had a couple of rooms. The reception staff were very patient with checking all of us in and out, and were very helpful with late key collection (due to our delayed flight). The reception staff were also very keen to provide local tips. Some of the facilities might look a bit dated, but I guess that gives the place a certain feel. Certainly not an issue if you are out and about most of the day. All was clean and there were plenty facilities (including luggage storage). To sum up, we were very happy with our stay. Personally, this was my second time staying and due to its central location and affordable price, I would stay again.

For one of the three nights we stayed we had noisy neighbours on one of the floors. But I appreciate this is down to luck and does occasionally happen in hostels. Wouldn't discourage me from staying again.

The hostel is in the perfect place, although it is a hostel the place was really quiet and we didn’t any loud voice 🤗 It's a very calm neighborhood with a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the city center could be very easily reached with public transport or even a 40 min walking to enjoy the beauty of the city 😍The staff was really nice & helpful with everything. The room was basic clean and have that vintage vibes 🤗

Generally a very nice clean hostel! Lovely spacious room (private) and firm but comfy bed. Basic needs very much met. Good transport location, tram and metro links. Good shower pressure!

Shame there isn’t a breakfast option but some great cafes nearby. Walls quite thin - you can hear everything outside. Not the hostel’s fault but had some really loud kids keeping me up until late hours.
