A very good hotel near a metro station ,only a couple of stops from the old town. There are lovely little trams as well going in the same direction. I took a very pleasant stroll from the Hotel, down the hill to Stare Mesto ,which took 30-40 minutes. A well stocked supermarket is just around the corner, as well as good bars and cafes nearby. Kind and professional reception service will help to make your stay pleasant.The hotel is kept immaculately clean.I would highly recommend this place.

The shower in my room was tiny in otherwise good sized bathroom.

It was great, the rooms are basic enough but the area is perfect! Great pubs and resturaunts within a five minute walk, a super markert like 30 seconds away and a shopping centre nearby. It's close to everything but far enough from the city centre to be out of the way from the worst parts that come with that. The area is extremely safe even late at night but that could be sad for Prague in general I think.

As stated the rooms are a little basic, you can ask for a kettle and there was a mini fridge in the room all in all I really like the place. The staff are nice but very "matter of fact" but this is how it is there the culture just seems a little colder.

Early check in and check out both easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel very secure with buzzer entry at all times. Overall clean and apparently newly renovated. Room light, well proportioned, warm, clean and well euipped. Very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast OK. Pleasant location close to tram and metro, shops, bars, cafes, farmers' market etc. Airport about 45 minutes by direct metro and bus. Old town 10 minutes by metro. I'd definitely stay here again.

The coffee at breakfast wouldn't appeal to many Brits!

Room was clean and with a good size, bed was confortable. The location is perfect, just few steps of tram station, and few mins walking from metro station. A lot of restaurants and pubs just around the corner. Close to the City center.

The shower was terribly small and very unconfortable. I came to stay a month and asked more hangers to put all my clothes but they didn't have it and I need to buy myself. The elevator was broken for few days when I was there.

Almost everything fulfilled my expectations. Room is very nice, reception is working 24/7, all stuff is very nice, speaking english language. We were on 3rd floor, but that was not a problem, since hotel have 2 elevators!

Only problem was - BUT NOT COUSED BY PROPERTY, is that there was no air condition. I believe that this is the problem all over the Prague, since it is forbidden to mount split air condition system on those nice building, which is ok.

Great location of Zizkov with many restaurants, pubs, nearest metro station 4 minutes of walk, 3 stops to city centre, nice and friendly stuff, cozy and clean room, wardrobe for clothes, quiet street. We would definitely stay again.

The bathroom was a bit smelly, probably because the building is older, so it felt quite musty. I would add some nice fragrance/diffuser/air freshener into the bathroom. Also some small shelf (or a small cabinet) in the bathroom where you can put stuff would be helpful. For a short stay it was not an issue though. Shower was a bit tiny, but my partner managed to fit in. :) :)

Our request for a separate bed for me and my brother could be fulfilled only in a huge family room but they were kind enough to give us that very big space with two queen beds. Besides that: 24/7 reception, clean room, nice staff, guarded parking space.

The radiator in the big room wasn't working but we had very warm October days so we didn't even had to deal with that, they maybe could have fixed it quickly if we had ever let them know. Although -during a breakfast- fellow Hungarians from an other floor said they didn't had hot water which could mean it is a bigger problem in the building.

The property was centrally located in Prague’s most popular neighborhood which conveniently offered shops, bars, restaurants, and quick access to the A line and trams. The women who maintained the cleanliness of our room for a month period were exceptional and deserved to be recognized.

It was a short walk to nice mall in one direction and a short walk to the training program I was there for in the opposite direction.

Pillows. I will never understand why hotel pillows have to be so soft and not provide any support.
