At our arrival, the staff was very helpful in arranging a parking spot. Our superior double room was cozy, had A/C and the beds were comfortable. Although the windows opened to the street, noise was negligible (There are also rooms opening to a courtyard). The hotel offers a good selection of cold and warm breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Other guests consisted of varying age groups and were generally considerate regarding noise on the aisles and the staircase. A Metro station for line "A" is only a short walk away and can be used to go directly to the Old Town and to the Castle (Hrad). Also to the north there are two tram lines and to the south two different ones. Within walking distance of the hotel there is a good choice of various restaurants off the beaten tourist tracks.

No separate shower and the bathtub was a bit narrow. But generally: Absolutely no complaints. Should we return, this hotel will be our first choice.

Building was old but well maintained and great location. Staff were friendly, spoke very good English and were very helpful. We had trouble with our power converter and they provided a phone charger, we struggled with the tv channels and staff came to our room after her shift to help. Shower was good and had a bath, aircon was good and breakfast was excellent. I have travelled a lot and this is one of the best value experiences I have had. It also had a security combination on the front door which worked well.

Everything was excellent and all requests were met.

Beautiful location, a quiet and nice neighborhood! The hotel itself is cozy and atmospheric! The breakfast is substantial, catering to all tastes and appetites. In the evening, you can enjoy sitting in the hotel bar! The staff is professional and friendly! There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops around, and no hustle and bustle. The metro and tram are very close to the hotel, but you can reach the center on foot in a maximum of half an hour through beautiful streets. I highly recommend it.

I chose the Fleur de Lis because I wanted to stay in Vinohrady on my latest Prague trip. Vinohrady offers plenty of choice of restaurants and yet it's a residential area and not a tourist trap - but if you want to visit the main sites scubas the it's also very close. The buildings are beautiful. FdeL is a traditional hotel offering good, solid comfort with a nice and varied breakfast. Our room was enormous (I suspect it was bigger than the one I booked, but for the same price as the one I booked). It was also nice and quiet, facing the courtyard not the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful - early check in possible without an issue, storage of luggage after check out the same. Staff always friendly and speak good English. I've stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years and all the rooms have been clean and comfortable and with quality fittings. The location is out of the city centre but good access within a minute or two to metro and multiple tram lines.

A little more variety at breakfast would be good but thats being hyper picky !

The location is perfect: very close to a tram and metro station (green line), that will take you to the city center in a few minutes, considering that Prague has possibly the best public transport in the world. We had a superior double room, which was more than enough for a 3-day trip. The price was absolutely fair and a great value for money. A good breakfast was served, with a good range of choices. Last but not least: the personnel was extremely helpful and responded quickly to every request or question we had.

One little detail, quite personal: the pillows were not so comfortable, but of course this is a very subjective opinion.

I have no words to describe how kind and helpful the staff are. Always with a smile on their faces, they were ready to meet all our requests in an outstanding manner. The hotel is very beautiful, with a charming vintage style and delightful details. The bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is extensive, offering options to suit all guests' preferences, which was a very positive experience.

The lack of a shower enclosure in the bathroom can make bathing a bit inconvenient, but it doesn’t diminish the overall quality of the stay.

Hotel easy to find and it’s only 30min walking from the city center. Lovely staff, fast check in and check out. Great tasty breakfast, with variety of options (even for gluten free diet). Comfortable room with everything you need.

The bathroom had poor ventilation, so the walls are already cracking from constant moisture. It looks like hotel not really accessible for people with disabilities (especially on wheelchairs, there are a lot of stairs)

The best part of the hotel was the staff. Genuinely nice and if something needed to be fixed or done, it was done right away. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily.

We usually prefer a bit more modern hotels. It can be a bit hard to find one like that in prague without paying significantly more money per night. This hotel even if old is definitely worth the money. And for those who prefer a bit older look over modern will definitely love this one.

We really loved breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious, the room was cosy and clean, bed was comfortable and quite spacious, the staff was polite and helpful, our room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed, AC and smart TV were very convenient, overall the stay was really pleasant

The only thing I can point out is the ceiling in the bathroom, the paint started to come off and it need a refreshment, a bit annoying was also a noisy street, but it’s not really a hotel’s fault
