The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed from electric kettle, Iron etc, TVs have English channels and almost everyone speaks English. Food was good. There is a Shopping mall across the road, the location is great. Friendly staff. I would go back again.

The parking fees, I feel that they are expensive considering that you are already a customer at the hotel. The linen was never changed, at least when guests are staying longer maybe change the linen at least once. Overall, it is a good hotel.

Breakfast and location was great. 4 Metro stations to city center, tram and bus are the other (and very close) options. The room was quite spacious, with a large LED TV, hotel size refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, coffe machine and a digital safe (all working well).

Drinking water (bottle) is free for only the first day. I can not say the most comfy beds I have ever had in an hotel. Also the pillows were too soft (I mean unconfortable for me, but that's a personal thing). It would be better if there was a shower cabin in the bathroom instead of a curtain.

We loved staying here for a few nights. The hotel is conveniently located right next to several tram stops and the flora metro stop. We loved that the TV had Chromecast capabilities, and we also loved the mini market in the lobby. The pillows weren’t amazing, and the tub was very slow draining… But aside from that everything was lovely in the room and the staff did a great job at cleaning.

The hotel was worth the money we paid. The room was spacious, clean and with good lighting. The breakfast buffet was superb with a great vatriety of both hot and cold dishes. The hotel was very close to a metro station and also a non touristy mall with a good food court and a good supermarket.

Nothing to complain about. I suppose there could have been a greater variety of English speaking channels on the really big TV! Beyond that, there was nothing we did not like. There was no pool but that was something we knew beforehand.

When you stay in the summer time and on your own then it’s enough room for your staff . But in the winter time and 2 people stay then it’s a problem where to hang your clothes. Only 1 small wardrobe with just a few hangers in the all rooms , believe me as i used to stay in different rooms and different seasons.

Location was great. The metro station is at a stone's throw. After boarding a train from the nearest Flora station you can pretty much travel to most part of the city.Staff was courteous & helpful. Cleanliness was top notch.

The room size could have been a bit bigger. Compared to our recent stay with another branded 5 star hotel in Vienna we found the room a bit small for a family of 3 in a 2 bedded accomodation.

Breakfast is OK...with varieties of selection..The location is just a few meters away from the nice shopping mall..ATRIUM FLORA..where the METRO station FLORA is located and the city train and busses. Personel in the hotel are friendly and all smiles..Thanks ..see you sometime...

Very close to the metro and a 5 minute walk from tram lines, so we had a great way to get to the attractions and the airport by public transportation. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfortable. The kids could share a double bed instead of relying on a sofa bed. The check out at 12 is a great bonus for us, and they kindly extended it further to 13:00 without additional payment

We love that the hotel is close to the trams and underground, which makes it extremely easy to get around. Since it’s located in a residential area, we love the charm of local restaurants and shops. The shopping mall next door (Atrium Flora) is a lifesaver as it has everything we need, like a supermarket, money changer, quick eats, just to name a few. The room itself is very comfy and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and we love taking a bath after a long day of walking around.

Hotel in good location close to metro station Flora. Shopping centre across the road with entrance to metro. City centre is 15min metro ride. Room was very clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast is good but nothing special - mostly English breakfast. The Dinner menu is fairly small with no Kids option at all but with food is delicious. Water pressure in the shower is low and water temperature changes frequently so be careful...
