The hotel was better than expected. We have received a really big room: an entrance with 2 enormous wardrobe, bathroom, separated toilet, a kitchen part and the bouble bed. The room and also the hotel was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was really delicious and there were multiple options (even some lactose free). The location is very good, easily accessible from the highway, a tram stop is in front of the hotel, and takes you to the center in 20 minutes. Also you can get some discounts for the Burger King right next to the hotel.

The only dislike was that the room had no air conditioner (but they provided a mini fan).

Great location with access to tram and bus. Kaufland and burger King were very closeby. Although the hotel was big, everything went just right for us this time including helpful staff. 9th floor room had great view. Free drinking water dispenser at the reception was a good add on. Breakfast was top class that included fried potatoes and boiled vegetables every day. Mini fridge was functional.

The shower tap was a bit leaking. As the central air conditioner was mild, it would be good to provide a table fan free of deposit. Safety box in room would have been a great addition. We were given only a pair of thin pillows for the two of us. 2 more would have been perfect.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in Prague. Communication with the staff before the trip was smooth, they were helpful and easy to reach. The accommodation itself is a bit far from the historic city centre, but the tram (especially the 14) and bus lines (in the immediate vicinity) take 20-30 minutes to get there. Our rooms were fine (separate toilet and shower, fridge), we did not ask for any extra service. Breakfast was included in the price (between 7 and 10 am), classic buffet, self-service breakfast. Overall, everything was fine. If you are looking for a classic, value-for-money accommodation, you will find it here, and breakfast is included in the price! We didn't mind the distance from the city centre, we came back for about a night's sleep as we spent most of the time exploring the wonders of Prague. It is also worth checking out the pubs and restaurants within 4-5 stops of the place, as they are cheaper and have the same classic Prague atmosphere.

It may just be the location of the accommodation, but that's helped by the nearby bus and tram connections to the city centre. We did ask for room cleaning once, which was done, but the bed sheets was not changed. Apart from that, we have not experienced any other negative aspects.

Room has everything and is really clean. Daily cleaning is provided at the request. Breakfast was really good and to my surprise changing slightly everyday which was very pleasent. At first, I did not have high expectations towards location but it was really well connected to the city center by different buses and trams. Overall, totally worth of money.

It was a bit cold during check in but they turned on the heating as soon as I asked. Furniture is a bit basic.

We was a few days. Room was clean nice, with all towels, comfortable bed, two glass, fridge, we thought that room will be small but no it was big. Good shower, tv, wifi. Good and a lot of choise for breakfast. Amazing we definately come back again.

No free parking, no kettle in room and cups.

Very nice breakfast buffet. Easy connection to the center via bus or tram right outside the hotel.

Our room had separate bathroom/shower and toilet. Whereas the bathroom was okay, the toilet was absolutely tiny. Like trying to fit inside a closet.

Great Location, next to the Hotel you cane take tram or bus to the Centre which takes around 20mins. Great Hotel Service, tickets for public transport available at Reception. Breakfast delicious with various choice.

There's been some aircon ( or something like that )noise between 02:00 / 03:00am but not sure what's that

Loved the property and its location close to tram station. We were given an early checkin and a room upgrade which we really appreciate. The staff assistance was really good

Very friendly staff, on reception you can buy tram tickets (the nearest stop to direct tram to center is about 3min by foot), good breakfast and very clean room, very big and comfy bed :)

A little bit old facilities in a room, soap dispensers doesn't work, so you have to take a shower gel and soap with you :) Paid parking for about 120 czk /day
