I really like free water dispenser, cheap coffee from coffee machine. Helpful staff. Tram and bus stop is infront of the hotel. Burger king is very close to the hotel and open till late hours. I liked drinking coffee under the tree infront of the hotel :))

Cleanness :( when we arrived our room, there was a dirty short in the closet from the previous guests. In the drawer, there was a piece of pizza and it smelled awful. And some burger king leftover packets were stucked behind the chest drawer. Coffee in the breakfast was not good. It was like an instant coffee and milk powder mix.

The receptionist can speak english very well. The breakfast was very good, lots of different foods to choose from. You pay the parking fee not per calendar day, but nights stayed, and they were flexible about letting us to keep our car there a bit longer (checkout time is at 11, we went home around 1 pm) The location is next to a tram station, you can pretty much get to the old town in 35-40 minutes. You also get some discount in the neighboring Burger King wirh your room key. We had a very pleasant stay!

Some slippers would be a nice addition, or a vending machine for amenities (like toothbrush), but maybe we should have just asked at the reception! :)

I didn’t expect the hotel to be this good, especially given how far it is from Prague’s Old Town and how affordable it was. But it truly offers great value for the price. The breakfast is actually quite complete, the rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and decent. Service is solid - the staff speak excellent English and are friendly. The tram stops right across the street and takes you to the Old Town, New Town, and Malá Strana. It’s cheap, fast, and you can pay by card. One thing to note: there are no complimentary toiletries, so it would be nice if they included at least some basics. Overall, I’m really happy with this stay - it’s a great budget option!

The hotel was better than expected. We have received a really big room: an entrance with 2 enormous wardrobe, bathroom, separated toilet, a kitchen part and the bouble bed. The room and also the hotel was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was really delicious and there were multiple options (even some lactose free). The location is very good, easily accessible from the highway, a tram stop is in front of the hotel, and takes you to the center in 20 minutes. Also you can get some discounts for the Burger King right next to the hotel.

The only dislike was that the room had no air conditioner (but they provided a mini fan).

Great location with access to tram and bus. Kaufland and burger King were very closeby. Although the hotel was big, everything went just right for us this time including helpful staff. 9th floor room had great view. Free drinking water dispenser at the reception was a good add on. Breakfast was top class that included fried potatoes and boiled vegetables every day. Mini fridge was functional.

The shower tap was a bit leaking. As the central air conditioner was mild, it would be good to provide a table fan free of deposit. Safety box in room would have been a great addition. We were given only a pair of thin pillows for the two of us. 2 more would have been perfect.

The hotel is great value for money - very clean, super helpful staff. The location was good for us (we were travelling to Prague for a congress). You have all you basically need in the room. It is near a big train station but we didn’t have any problem with noise.

The breakfast could have a little bit more options (especially for vegetarians), but overall it was ok.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in Prague. Communication with the staff before the trip was smooth, they were helpful and easy to reach. The accommodation itself is a bit far from the historic city centre, but the tram (especially the 14) and bus lines (in the immediate vicinity) take 20-30 minutes to get there. Our rooms were fine (separate toilet and shower, fridge), we did not ask for any extra service. Breakfast was included in the price (between 7 and 10 am), classic buffet, self-service breakfast. Overall, everything was fine. If you are looking for a classic, value-for-money accommodation, you will find it here, and breakfast is included in the price! We didn't mind the distance from the city centre, we came back for about a night's sleep as we spent most of the time exploring the wonders of Prague. It is also worth checking out the pubs and restaurants within 4-5 stops of the place, as they are cheaper and have the same classic Prague atmosphere.

It may just be the location of the accommodation, but that's helped by the nearby bus and tram connections to the city centre. We did ask for room cleaning once, which was done, but the bed sheets was not changed. Apart from that, we have not experienced any other negative aspects.

Room has everything and is really clean. Daily cleaning is provided at the request. Breakfast was really good and to my surprise changing slightly everyday which was very pleasent. At first, I did not have high expectations towards location but it was really well connected to the city center by different buses and trams. Overall, totally worth of money.

It was a bit cold during check in but they turned on the heating as soon as I asked. Furniture is a bit basic.

Our room had separate bathroom/shower and toilet. Whereas the bathroom was okay, the toilet was absolutely tiny. Like trying to fit inside a closet.
