The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, and the apartment was clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was convenient — not too far from the congress center and Charles Bridge.

The receptionists did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. As a result, when we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room, it couldn’t be resolved due to the language barrier. The lady at the reception tried to explain that the problem was related to a central system, although the property does not appear to have central air conditioning—only individual units in the rooms.

Amazing residence. Clean, has AC and a spacious kitchen. Good location with a grocery store nearby.

Not enough utensils for cooking. The staff doesn't speak English much. I understand that it's easier speaking Czech to my czech speaking friend, but I was the one making the booking and the receptionist didn't want to explain anything to me in English. The cleaning lady invaded our apartment before the official check out and before I returned the cards. When I came back to check whether we took everything she was already there. She didn't speak English and I couldn't explain anything to her. That was very rude.

The room was very big, bright and nicely decorated. The terrace is super quiet and nice, the view from it (trees and nature) was amazing, the kitchen is also great and has everything you might need. The location is a bit far, but buses and trams are really comfortable from there. Everything is super clean.

One problem was the noise, I could hear a lot from the adjacent rooms, and sadly got bad neighbours: they decided to drink and debate at 2am. Apart from that, I thought that the shampoo/towels/coffee/etc quality could have been a bit better, considering the price, but this wasn't an issue.

I stayed on the 4th floor of a building with four floors in total. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and I was able to spend time not only inside the room at night but also enjoying the scenery outside. I’m very grateful to the ladies at the reception desk who kindly helped me. My children also had a comfortable stay and found the spacious room very pleasant. I would love to visit again.

We’ve traveled as a family to places like Paris, Rome, and Berlin, but this room was the most comfortable, clean, and luxurious of all. There really weren’t any downsides.

The apartment room was perfect, more than we could have asked for. So spacious and comfortable and meant we could enjoy our time relaxing there as well as enjoying exploring Prague. Kitchen has everything you could ask for, including a toastie maker which we enjoyed! Full sized fridge was also very useful! The bed was very comfortable and the tv worked perfectly which was very nice. The wardrobe space is amazing! We could unpack our whole suitcase and still had space for more clothes. It was perfect. Everything is just so spacious. The location is great as well with a bus stop just across the road and a pretty short bus and then metro journey into the main city! We didn’t feel too far from the centre at all, and the public transport was very reliable. VALUE FOR MONEY was incredible, I have never stayed somewhere so nice for such a good price before! I have spent much more money and stayed in far worse places!

The only slight downside would be there is no wall holder for the shower head but we didn’t mind this! You can hand hold it or just have a bath which we enjoyed doing.

The apartment was huge. The kitchen was massive and it had an oven! The bed was very comfortable, and the location was close to buses and trams.

The split system aircon wasn't working. We told the front desk, who advised us that the cleaners would take a look, but instead of fixing it, they just gave us fresh towels instead. I think it was just a miscommunication. They also need to include a tea towel (or two) and a cutting board in their kitchen. We also didn't realise that you had to specially choose a room with a shower, and we were allocated a room that had a bath only, and a short length hose. It would be good for kids, but not good for us.

The breakfast is over the top, they are really. The furniture is brand new, comfortable. All the opportunities to wash your clothes or cook. All very modern. There's a small shop at the gas station just across the street. Tesco is one stop by bus.

One has to understand that it's situated not in the center next to a road. Traffick is not too noisy, though. And bus-tram connections to the very center take some 30 minutes, which is ok for a city of Prague's size.

Air-conditioning was missing in one room (only fan available), not so good cleaning (rubbish under the bed), missing tablets for washdisher, smell from the kitchen was getting to the apartment in the morning (likely when kitchen hood was running for breakfast peparation), curtains were slightly short (you cannot cover the full window), street next to the apartent is very busy (it is ok when windows stay closed)

Apartment has everything that you need.

They took deposit 210 euro and when you use credit card for it, you need to wait some days until money is unblocked. It upsets a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — the tram number 11 takes you straight to the city center in just 10 minutes. Everything you need is nearby: shops, cafes, and other essential services. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything necessary for cooking, and the bed is incredibly comfortable — we slept like babies! The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. And the parking? Just fantastic. Highly recommended!
