Hotel was about 15 minute drive outside of city centre but did a shuttle bus throughout the day which you can book and bolt and uber are reasonably price to use also. Having an outdoor pool complex meant that you can relax as well as seeing what the city has to offer. The junior suite is fine, not lots of space but sufficient for a family of four, having fridge in room was handy as there is a big hypermarket just over road from hotel. Breakfast at hotel was good, plenty of tables and the hotel staff are so helpful if needed. There are some fast food places a five minute walk away too.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well‑stocked minibar. The staff were very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which makes for a relaxing stay. The outdoor swimming pool has warm water, and there is also free parking available, which is a great convenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel also has a shuttle ( 8 place) and you can book on the reception if you would like to go to the city center.

I would suggest setting specific time slots for adults and children to use the swimming pool separately. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy (which is understandable, as kids want to play), but it makes it difficult when you want to swim peacefully. Also, the room has no air conditioning, and during our stay it felt very warm inside. Opening the window isn’t really an option either, as many insects come in.

Extremely friendly and serviable staff, excellent breakfast, lovely pool, jacuzzi and work out area where no smoking was allowed. Our room was comfortable and romantic which we didn't expect but where nicely surprised. The location seems far but it's very easy to reach with the metro station Letnany barely ten minutes away by bus which stops barely two minutes away from the hotel. There's also the possibility of booking a free shuttle which was perfect since we were attending a concert until late in the evening and they picked us up alongside other clients. We will definitely recommend hotel Aura and repeat should we return to Prague! 😁

Nothing because everything was excellent!

We were traveling for attending a concert. Although the hotel was not so close to the venue, the hotel itself and its staff turned out were great fans of the group we were attending! There were concert posters everywhere, music playing in the lobby, even there were welcome drinks! Free shuttle was available if you wanted to go the city center and back to the hotel. Really cozy atmosphere, warm welcome and helpful staff!

Well the room had nice design furnitures, but all of them were glossy, giving clear mirror effect from all sides (even on the ceiling). Probably someone else would like that, but not us.

Amazing hotel. It deserves more than 3 stars. Very beautifully designed outdoor pool, jacuzzi, everything is really new and luxuriously designed. Amazing playground on the hotel grounds. We felt like we were on vacation in Greece in the middle of Prague. There is a free shuttle to and from the hotel once an hour. The people at the reception were super nice and considered all our requests. There is a huge supermarket a minute's walk from the hotel.

Family friendly hotel with outstanding service. The bed was very comfy that you sure would get a good sleep. Our room was beside the elevator but we didn't hear any sound at all which I thought at first would be a problem but was not. Kids can enjoy the play area by breakfast room and the playground outside. We also enjoyed playing table tennis. Whirlpool is also nice even when it's cold outside. Breakfast has also a wide varieity. I like the walnut bread and you can put honey on it. It's yummy. Warm food also provided. Free shuttle to city is very convenient. It was really a pleasant stay. The personel were all nice and very helpful.

The shower was open that makes everything wet. It's good for people with disabilites though. Some parts of the room needs dusting. The mugs provided in the room was dirty and also the glass by the bathroom

The distance to the center of Prague, for public transport you need to take a bus and change to the metro, or park your car at the metro station. That takes a while and in the winter time it's not so great. The free shuttle service of the hotel is limited for certain times of the day and for max 8 people so if someone booked it a head of you, you can't use it. Rooms could use a little update. But besides that it was a great stay.

Yes, I can't write this as there were many things we liked, the location of the hotel in terms of being able to see the rest of Prague and the distance to the airport. The staff are super nice, the beds are just so nice, the rooms are big and the bathrooms are nice and big, and you can go on like this. In addition to this, the hotel has its own fenced parking, fenced area with pole and spa bath and the best playground I have seen for children in a long time. It is only 15 minutes to the airport by taxi or 25 minutes to the center of Prague and if you use the bolt app, it costs about 50 local money to the airport and about 170 down to the city. But close to the hotel you have burger king, kfc, if you don't know if you like the local food. If you want to try something local without it having to cost a fortune, you can walk 200 meters to a large shopping center where they have restaurants with local dishes and will be around 150 local currency.

hmm there wasn't anything we didn't like as such, the fact is that what you could say you didn't like is that the hotels are outside the center and that it is close to a 1/3 shopping area on 1 side. 1/3 industrial area on the other side. 1/3 residential area. But is this what makes you actually in a relaxed area as the center of Prague is very stressful

The friendly and prompt staff to solve technical problems with the room. The attentive and friendly staff at the reception. The range of parking areas. The proximity to shopping malls and shuttle bus service to the underground station. The tasty breakfast. The variable room lighting setup.

Attention should be paid to the top of the door from the minibar (refrigerator) in the room, and the kettle's condition —present water from the previous guest should be checked.

The staff was really friendly and we loved all the facilities! While the location is not ideal, the free shuttlebus to the city centre was very practical. The swimming pool is lovely, so is the play garden for the kids. The breakfast is excellent as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

There are no real restaurants in the neighbourhood (except for a burger king and KFC), the hotel itself does not provide dinner in the restaurant in the evening.
