We had a great stay at the Castle Residence. The facilities were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The employees at the front desk spoke fluent English and were very helpful. There was plenty of free onsite parking and a free shuttle to catch the subway downtown. We left downtown in the evening after the last shuttle and it was only a short walk without the shuttle. The kids enjoyed the pool and mini-golf and the room had plenty of room for the four of us. Breakfast was terrific and we ate at the restaurant on our last night and that was also great.

I liked calm location, perfect communication with helpful stuff and a lot of features inside object (pool, sauna, bowling, restaurant, minigolf in garden). Beds were comfy and air conditioning working well. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was just good - I liked quality of juices and I completely fallen in love with... bread. A masterpiece of bakery, compliments for that.

I didn't like fact, that I was never informed before arrival that on Saturday night I'll have a noisy party below outside the window from the restaurant till midnight. It's difficult to really rest in these conditions after long day, especially with kids. Also coffee from powder at the machine during breakfast was awful - even simple natural filter coffee (not expensive at all) would do the job better, think about that. If you could inform that guest can pay extra for espresso or cappuccino for breakfast, I promise - there will be some ordering it.

Having lived in Prague several years ago, we enjoy coming there regularly with my family. It is the first time we came to this hotel. The place was great including big size comfortable rooms, nice staff not overdoing it, warm pool and a shuttle to the nearest metro station, making the property easily reachable (we could leave the car there for the week end and commute with public transport/shuttle). Will definitely come back!

Nothing to complain!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel has pool and bowling which was very interesting for children. Hotel is in quite area.

For 4 of us, we had in the room 3 single beds and one folding bed/sofa which was very unconfortable. Breakfast is buffet, but the food is the same everyday with limited selection.

Shuttle service was super-helpful in reaching locations in central Prague. We also greatly enjoyed the bowling and sauna. On-site parking was very convenient. Staff were fantastic: helpful, knowledgeable and pleasure to talk to.

I'd have liked better quality coffee for breakfast, but that's a minor point.

Breakfast was plenty. Shuttle service was a great help, they don't run shuttle on Tuesday but front desk gave us 30 minutes validity tickets to the nearest station; which was great. Rooms are big and clean and the pool and Sauna were very welcomed by my children.

Breakfast lacked fruit options.

Staff can’t do enough for you they are all very friendly and helpful! The complimentary taxi to the subway and to the zoo is an excellent service and definitely added to our pleasant experience

The swimming pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing as we packed our swimming stuff and we’re looking forward to using these facilities. Yea/coffee wasn’t restocked , mugs not washed/changed after use each day in the rooms.

Beautiful property in a special, scenic location, huge and nice room, clean kitchen and bathroom - everything perfect. Very kind staff both on reception and in the restaurant. Fresh and diverse breakfast, super nice buffet.

The swimming pool is there but looks old and bit worn out, other than that everything great and well definitely come back

The room was very spacious and sunny. There a lot of space around the bed. The breakfast was nice, maybe more typical cakes would have been appreciated more. The shuttle service is present, but we didn't expecience it, because the only time we requested it, it was already out with other guests and we couldn't wait for it too much.

Maybe darker curtains would help in mantaining the sunny light early in the morning less invasive, especially for people coming from other countries, and not used to this flashing light in the morning.

The location is excelent, quiet and green, the staff is super friendly, the room clean and spacious, the breakfast has variety and is goid, the shuttle to the metro is super helpful, the fact that they have a pool and sauna is the cherry on top after a winter's day on the streets.
