The breakfast was more than adequate and the digital check-in and out worked perfectly. The accomodation is located in the centre of susice and a good starting point for visiting the sorroundings area like Castle Kasperk oder the Sumava National Park. I highly recommend the hotel mostly because of the good value for money. Of course it is not a 5* hotel or an all inclusive resort, however you get a newly renovated, clean room with a delicious breakfast in best location and even a smart TV and comfy beds.

If I have to mention sth.it would be the pillows. They are very comfortable but too soft for their size. Nonetheless they worked for us.

Breakfast was good, I wouldn't mind if it lasted longer (somehow the 10:00 limit is always too early for me ;-). Although I came at 10, the lady made me fresh scrambled eggs. I liked the tea kettle in the room when I missed breakfast so I could at least make a coffee. It was quiet in the room so you could sleep without being disturbed, it was nice and clean.

I didn't like the loud music (Kabat) playing in the breakfast room and also the cheap tea from Lidl (Lord Nelson). In the room there was Jemca tea, which is probably the cheapest one you can buy, I would expect this in the cheapest accommodation, not in such a nice hotel. The bed was too soft for me. But overall I was very satisfied, next time I'll simply bring my own Twining's box with me ;-)

Location in the city centre. Parking on main square free from 6PM until 8Am. Just few min walking distance. Room ok, with coffee maker and water. Very good and prompt communication with staff-online. Breakfast good.

Electronic check in a bit taking time, but works at the end. Bed has only a bit space around sides and was soft. No towel hanger in bathroom, no place to put shower gel. Without window, very noisy, long lasting ventilation. Breakfast in the another room, need to leave building.

I enjoyed the self-checking as I didn’t have to stress when my plans changed and I came late at night.

The self check-in is perfect but you need a physical ID with you. When travelling in the Czech republic I usually only travel with an electronic ID (e-doklad) which is impossible to use. I would advise the accomodation to allow the use of this type of ID.

Very quiet. Freshly renovated and clean. The small kitchenette was good. The receptionist, although not present, was friendly when I called and helpful when the self check-in machine was not functioning, and they had an alternative way prepared how to get the key-card. She did not speak any English but her German was good. Breakfast was good.

The matress was way too soft. There was no floor mat in the bathroom and no kitchen towel. Instead of a normal fridge there was a wine fridge, which was not cold enough for food (12 degrees Celsius) and made a lot of noise.

Loving the location, right in the center, yet very quiet at nights, breakfast mafe from local products, absolutely delicious. Lady at the breakfast very kind as well as the owner on the phone. We were able to accomadate at 11 o'clock at the room. Everything was great. Thank you.

Location, room size and equipment

It is a contactless property which is normally ok, but we struggled with checkin due to technical issues with the terminal. But the owner was available via phone call so he helped to sort out all issues quickly.

Very central, clean, good breakfast, tea kettle in the room. Self check-in process was easy and quick.

Shower head was broken and could not be fixed at comfortable position. Bad soundproofing. It would be nice to have at least one chair or armchair in the room.

Modern industrial styling. Spacious clean room. Attention to detail. Excellent buffet breakfast. Appreciated the well positioned low energy lighting.
