- Friendly staff - Location - Bathtub - Breakfast - Parking

- We stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, and we hadn't had the chance to try out the spa. It was going through renovation during our last few visits. This time, it was also closed for maintenance. Even though I have a free visit to the spa according to my reservation through "Booking.com" the staff failed to give me a voucher or somehow compensate me for such inconvenience. The staff did acknowledge my free visit, but they didn't try to figure out any alternatives (especially knowing that it wasn't my first visit) - The room didn't have any air-conditioning, and there were no windows for ventilation (on a skylight, the cracks open but not much for circulation.) Also, the fan provided didn't help at all.

The location of the hotel is excellent- just around the corner of the main square in Tabor. There is parking on the outside and a public parking space nearby. The rooms are airy and large with a big sitting group (sofas and several chairs) and a gigantic bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The receptionists were friendly and helpful when our fan wasn`t working and gave us several water bottles for free. The breakfast is decent with surprisingly many alternatives of sweets and pastries, but not more than should be expected from a 4*star hotel.

The primary issue is related to the lack of air condition. We stayed when the temperature was well over 30C, and it was really hot- although helped with a fan. We also found the cleaning personnel too eager as they would knock on the door at 08.30 (which is quite early considering breakfast lasts until 10). When we told them we would leave the room in 5 minutes, they never came back and our room was not cleaned that day.

Great location, one street from the main square. Comfortable bed. Complimentary bottle of water. Very good breakfast. Good value for the busy weekend in the town.

Small bath tube / shower. Restaurant and wellness have to be booked long time in advance, other wise it is booked and you cannot use them. My advice: dont offer a complimentary bottle of wine (semi-sweet red with doubious origin) if you cannot offer a decent one. Especially during a wine festival in the town and many guests are expected to be into quality wine.

The location is perfect - right in the centre. Breakfast is fantastic. I come To Tabor for business regularly and after staying in several hotels I am sticking with this one. I also like that there is a bottle of water in the room. When I was leaving and asked for some water for road I was given a bottle for free as well as the staff offered if I want some coffee for the road as well and treated me with a free expresso

There is regular a problem o get iron because there is one iron in the hotel and if somebody else got it first, then staff struggle to get it back. I would also like that there is a bottle of water in the room everyday after cleaning not just on the arrival.

The Hotel is wonderful, great breakfast, parking on site, nice jacuzzi and pool, good location to the main namesti and friendly staff on the recption with info and reccomenadtions (thanks Moon, she was lovely). Free bottle of wine left in the room for us and a lovely veiw over the valley. The room was enormous but unfortunately the shower leaks all over the foor due to bad door design, which was difficult to clean up. But overall we had a wonderful stay and I would definately stay again.

We arrived with a kid who expected to enter the pool and found out that kids are only allowed in the pool in the morning hours, with a reservation, because in the evening it's apparently romantic time for adults. And the last thing that bothered us were the curtains that were too thin and there was too much light in the room in the early morning

The hotel itself is almost perfect (besides the absence of AC, so the room was very hot and due to small roof windows almost impossible to ventilate it), but the personnel in the La Cave restaurant was very unprofessional and their behavior completely ruined our good mood. Their reservations system is weird and they insist the guest must seat at the table they dedicated at the reservation - but guests do not know it until they come to the restaurant, choose their table and then they are moved to another table without any excuse, just by order by young arrogant waitress... The same lady later is not able to inform guest about wine offer. When we wish to speak with manager, no one in such a position was presented, so there was no chance to complain...

Very big room, all 5 of us were together in one huge room. For this big room for 5, be aware that there are additional stairs from the corridor level. Breakfast was wonderful, many varieties of tasty food. Location is perfect in the center of Tabor. Short walk to the square, park and restaurants.

Very well located, in the city center. Staff very friendly. Good continental breakfast. Comfortable beds. Loved the wellness area and the small gift in the room.

The hotel might need some renovation to enhance the guest experience. Cappuccino for breakfast was a nah.

Helpful personnel, great room (very clean, spacious, well equiped), amazing breakfast (you could choose so many things it was hard to choose, everything was very tasty).

The guaranteed parking spot felt too expensive with half the parking lot free (although I knew the price in advance)
