Very good location with free parking. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast offered great quality and delicious food. Very helpful staff.

The double bed is made of two smaller beds - mattresses tend to separate during the night, creating a gap in between the mattresses. There is also no kettle in the room to make hot beverages. Unfortunately, if you don’t arrive early on breakfast, you might miss out on some items. On certain days, even though breakfast was supposed to run until 10:00, by 8:30 there was barely any food left to choose from.

Fully automated stay, you receive the codes for entrance and the room cards, and you're in. Place is modern, clean, has everything one could wish for. Probably the best place we had during our 6-day trip in northern Czechia. Parking the car is convenient and safe. Breakfast fabulous, in their parent hotel couple hundred meters away.

Windows or our room were onto the main street (city center), which wasn't very quiet during the late night hours.

Small disadvantage is that you need to go to the second hotel for the breakfast and other services, But this is not that big issue after all

Great place. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. We like the place. Room was very big!

Couple of things to improve: -Cleanliness quite poor, we found a sock on the floor under the bed. -Comfort at night was quite bad because it was very loud from the street - cars passing like crazy, kebab opened on the other side of the street until late hour.

The breakfast is great. The common room is nice to be able to make us of. Room is big.

In the bathroom there was some kind of leakage (probably for a longer time already). The breakfast room was like a sauna so hot

The hotel looked very nice, the room was pretty and the location in the centre. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. No private parking but parking on the street possible (at night). Close to skiing village spindleruv mlyn

The shower had no door panel so things got wet.

Perfect breakfast, cozy accommodation and very good location, parking right next to the property.

Shower doors could beset better and bathroom vent didn't work.

Breakfast was good, location great and the self-service bar downstairs was a noce surprise when arriving late. Sauna world in the other hotel was also worth visiting.

Very lovely place in the middle of Vrchalbi, perfect location for skiing and to explore very beautiful city and surroundings. Apartments were very big, comfortable and clean. I definately recommend it !

Loved everthing about it. We were given a bigger room due to low occupancy, only to make our stay more comfortable. Lovely breakfast. :)
