i love the concept that the hotel is in the forest, not in the village. perfectly isolated. everything you need is here. lots of options for kids. perfect views. nice skiing area (not to compare with Alps but still, really ok). helpful staff. clean rooms

i am not very much into this regional cuisine, would love to get more variety of dishes to choose from for the dinner. rooms are a bit of out of date but clean and comfortable.

Great food, strongly recommend half board offer. Absolutely stunning views and sunset. Great place to do light trekking or Nordic walking. The staff is helpful and we had great service at reception and the restaurant. Pool area offers saunas and jacuzzi and is very clean.

Shower with plastic curtain and compact toilet.

The hotel is lovely with a great pool and spa/sauna zone. The hotel transfer was such a fun!!! We really enjoyed it. I would stay at the hotel for longer period of time.

We were given with a room without kitchenet and was not told about it. I had to go to reception to find out why it was done. It was a good reason not to take the room and it was compensated with fee sauna & pool attendance but it was done only when I went to reception and asked about it.

The hotel has a perfect location for hiking in the snow or cross country skiing. The wellness area has a gorgeous view on the mountains and its super clean. It's breath taking! The rooms are comfy and simple.

The transfer from Dolni Dvur is a bit longer than 25 minutes (might take up to 40), but it's anyways worth it. As there is no alternative in winter, I would remove the fair for it.

The Staff was sooo friendly and nice especially George , if you got him as a receptionist you are in for a treat. As we got here we didn't expect much but now we are surely planing to get back here next year. Everything was perfect, I wanted to say thanks for this wonderful staying :)

Very nice experience in this refurbished modern hotel in middle of the nature and beautiful view from terrace. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I want to try it in winter as well :)

This dinner buffet is not aligned with the hotel standing, and no orange juice at the breakfast is surprising!

The beds are almost pressed against the tables, leaving very little space to move. The stay with the family, felt kind of claustrophobic. The road to the hotel was not good at all but that is not their fault.

Amazing and helpful staff, great location

For 3* hotel wonderful breakfasts (kids were excited for the semolina porridge every day), background of hotel: playrooms, cinema hall, resting rooms, gym, beautifully designed restaurant and wellness, nice staff, hotel ski slope perfect for children, great choice of music during meals :) We had an apartment with a small kitchen corner which was fully equipted with everything what you can need for cooking.

We had really bad experience with the transfer to the hotel (overcrowded snowmobile without silencers), but the way down with the different type od vehicle was OK. It would be great to have available some TV program for kids (for example Déčko). If you don´t have HB, you can order your dinner in the restaurant only after 8 PM.

Perfect location, great breakfast, wellness area was very nice.

A baby cot was of a very poor quality (very low near the floor; this, coupled with the fact that it was quite cold in the room, caused that our baby rather ended up sleeping in a stroller).
