I loved unique character and tranquility of the area. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was super delicious with big portions. Choice at the breakfast was good. Staff members were polite and helpful.

Nothing. I think the hotel would benefit from a swimming pool which I think they may already have in plans.

We were very friendly welcomed in the nice looking building. Staff spoke perfect English and was helpful. The building and rooms are not new but are perfectly in order. The breakfast is perfect and served in quite a big hall. The hotel provides a bar, sauna and entertainment room.

The room was a bit small but considering the price very good. The one window in the room had no curtain.

Great hotel with very nice staff, breakfast is super. The only bad thing is location, it is okay if you have a car, but if you don’t have one you should use public transport or taxi to get to the city.

The place and locations are really good, it is just right outside the Jelenia Gora. The room was big, there is a parking, nice breakfast. The hotel has massage and spa. However it is closed on Sunday :(

It was already a bit cold, especially at night and we couldn't adjust anything. The was a strong smell of sewer in the room and in dinning hall.

The location is perfect for visiting the national park Karkonoski nearby. I suggest you sleep in a hotel in Poland, as the Czech side is extremely expensive comparably (parking, funicular, hotels etc.). This hotel has a beautiful garden, very spacious rooms and nice staff. The breakfast has variety.

The garden could have been maintained better and the breakfast could have been more spiced personally for my taste.

Ultra-comfortable beds with lovely covers, perfectly quiet surroundings, patio door leading on to a little coffee table and chairs outside. Delicious breakfast with loads of choices, including for vegetarians (salads, cheeses etc)

Just a very minor point: Shower room not thought out very well, as water splashed half of the bathroom when in use. Easily sorted though as floor towel was provided so mopped up in no time.

Great location, nice atmosphere around the palace. Breakfast was great, also the restaurant served us well.

The hotel uses oldschool smart light switches, but they forgot main lights in the room. It’s too dark.

Splendid location, very kind staff and even a vegan friendly breakfast with oatmilk! Comfy beds and large bedrooms, cosy and warm. What more can you ask for?

All very good. They even recommended some vegan friendly restaurants in the vicinity as they could not provide a Vegan meal in their restaurant.

Our expectations regarding the sauna area weren’t really satisfied due to 3 little cabins with electric ovens (not a real sauna experience).

This is nice hotel with large modern rooms. Breakfast is shared in large dining room. However at the end of breakfast choice is very limited. Free coffee, tea is available in dining room all the time. Good location for the cartrip to mountains

Quite loud personnel chatting while dinner is served. There is need for passage from reception to rooms via unheated hall. This is not comfortale
