The location is amazing! Apartment is very good.

It would be nice to have at least one towels change for such period included in price. Same for the room cleaning.

It was a fantastic holiday in a beautiful apartment, comfy beds, lovely shower. We booked half board and enjoyed breakfast and diner very much. Everything was clean and smelled good. The SPA area was also clean and we spent very relaxing hours there. The nature gave it's best and the view was just amazing every day. It is in a very good location for walks. We loved it and would come back.

You need some patient if you want to order a drink for your diner.

We stayed at hotel 3 times both in a main building and in appartments and find it very comfortable and convinient especially with small kid. We love there breakfasts and beautiful view over mountains and lake.

In my opinion they should work a little bit on client service for example: 1) right now swim.pool towels can be picked only at reception, which is not very convinient since there is quite often queues; 2) there is a service at swimming pool, however, during our last stay we ordered one beer and later decided to order one more and lady who worked there told us "is this going to be the last one?" 🤣 i my opnion this is not something you should say to the guests in a hotel.

The apartment has a nice location. There is a possibility to use a swimming pool and sauna from the hotel. We had a breakfast option, and we did not regret it. Really worth it!

The beds were super uncomfortable. We had two sigle beds in our room. They were like for kids, not for adults. (I am not a big woman myself, but I am not used to this width). Pillows they are super thin. It was like laying on a piece of blanket. Please do something, at least with pillows. My neck and back hurt for all day long :(

Very pleasant people, especially Bartek. Clean room (appartment). Restaurant good, large dishes, even the starters (shrimps and mussels). Delicious! Swimming pool, great! Just everything was great.

The road to get to Lake Hill was awful. Highway is good but after you get of the highway the avoiding and swerving starts. A lot of holes in the road.

Nice and spacious apartment. With big living room and balcony. Unfortunately we had a cheaper room without view on the mountains. Apartment was clean and had functional kitchen with small fridge and electric stove. Breakfasts in hotel restaurant were good. Big plus was wellness area when you can relax after hiking.

Room was very modern and clean but walls in some places were damaged. Probably by moving furniture around. It's nothing bad but it contrasting overall cleanness.

Amazing view from the window, superb spa complex, beautiful territory, a lot of space in the apartment, free parking place, pets friendly, kids room is nice.

The apartment on the photos presents itself better than it is in reality - the wardrobe and other furniture's quality is poor, the walls paint need to be refreshed. It is not comfortable to go to breakfast or kids room or spa complex to other building especially in winter. I'd recommend to stay in hotel and next time if we come we will choose hotel definitely. Spa complex is just amazing, but unfortunately very crowded. I can understand this, but maybe it would be possible to add more jacuzzi outside at least? Other than that I don't see anything else we didn't like, the stay was very good and we managed to relax.

there was no ventilator in the bathroom and also there was a gap (useless space) between the floor and the door so not enough privacy, you could hear everything from the other room

This is a heaven on earth! Amazing place! captivating landscape and incredible view from the window. Peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Great design in eco style. Everything you need is in your apartments. Very clean and cozy. Perfect breakfast, very diverse and tasty! Pets allowed which is awesome! I am in love with this place!

No grocery stores near, so if you need to buy something to eat to your walk to the forest or mountain, you will need to drive to the nearest one (it is about 5.5 km). No places to have a dinner, there are only two places to eat - one is a pizza bar with only few types of pizza and three pastas and that is it ( it is getting tired of eating the same thing for several days in a row) and there is a restaurant in the hotel with a poor choice of dishes and very high prices. An open shower that leads to wet floors in the restroom so you have to be more careful and adapt when taking a shower so as not to "flood" the room.

It wasn't my first visit at the Lake Hill Spa,I keep coming back because I value the privacy of this place. The design and colours are great,it's quiet and there seem to be no people even though the place is full. The beds are comfortable,there are fresh towels,blankets,hair dryer.The kitchen has all the necessary equipment.

There was nothing I didn't like,for me the place is perfect.
