Hotel is situated outside of the tourist center of Karpacz and the surroundings are very nice. The breakfast was excellent with at least two egg dishes, two types of sausage, many types of spreads, ham and cheese, even some sweet options. Dinners were also very good and tasty, but there could be more different options – on our first day there were two types of breaded and fried meats, if one was just grilled, that would be better. But the rest of the dinners were very good. We visited the restaurant for "á la carte" lunch once and it was also very good. The hotel room was big, comfortable and nice. The hotel offers a small spa – three saunas, a hot tub and a small pool. We used it every day, it was very nice, but sometimes crowded. The staff was very good, they mostly spoke good english, and who did not speak english spoke good german. Approximately 500 m (downhill) from the hotel is a convenience store Żabka.

The parking fee for hotel guests (25 PLN/day) may be a little to excessive since the hotel is not close to the city centre. There was minor water damage around the windows, but I can imagine storms and winters are cruel at this place. The water-pressure in the shower was a little bit low for my taste. This is not a mistake of the hotel, but be aware that the last part of your hikes will be 1 km uphill to the hotel :)

The room was very clean, (Thank you Klaudia), the staff on the Fron Desk and Restaurant was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. The heating was really good, as well as the view of the rooms. Definitey would reccomend it.

We ate at the restaurant every day, of our stay. We ordered everyday the same dish and drinks. The dishes and the juices came different every day. Also the steam bath was closed and the saunas are open only after 5 p.m.

Good leisure facilities and friendly staff

Room was not clean daily or water replaced. Bottles have been removed from the room but full one not been brought instead. Basic tiding would be welcomed like cleaning bathroom sink.

Location, facilties.

I found it quite strange to have no tea - coffee and kettle in the room. This should be treated, nowadays,as basics. Also, hotel guests should be provided for free dressing gowns and extra towels, as it is a Spa hotel!

Location (it's on the steep hill), nice views, close to open ski slope at the time, and hiking spots. Very clean, nice breakfast. The dinner menu was okay. Lovely personel. Room with balcony. Saunas with small pool and SPA facilities on site

I would like a kettle in the room

We had a two-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The spa area was very good. Breakfast was fantastic, including Polish food.

The beds in one of the bedrooms were positioned under a sloping ceiling, which caused some head bumps. The blinds on the bedroom windows were not blackout blinds.

Everything was great. Is quite, very clean, breakfast is rich and extra delicious, large room and clean comfortable spa. You need to go about 20 minutes up from the last bus stop (but it still was fine and quite overall, closer to walking trails and some ski slopes). The view from the breakfast room is spectacular! (Not from my room, but it was cheapest room and other side of the hotel)

No kettle in room, some personal do not speak English.

A very pleasant hotel located within convenient distance of tourist attractions. Excellent accommodation in a quiet area, with outstanding staff.

Nice location, easy access, friendly and smiling receptionist, room is clean. I recommend this place. I will definitely to visit again🤩🏠

Lovely hotel at a great price, free parking, friendly staff and 24 hours front desk open.I would always stay here again if I was in the area and hopefully next time the weather would be better.

The bed was a little hard but after a hard day it didnt really matter!
