The Hotel location is great, the rooms may not be the best design but very clean,bed are also comfy,tasty breakfast with delicious fresh bread,free car park and great restaurant on site
Definitely there is a drainage smell issue in the hotel and you can tell they trying to hide it by leaving the window open when outside is the temperature below 0 so when you get to the room is kind of freezing for a while The next thing is the coffee/tea stations are closed before 7pm so after that hour you can't get warm drink, there was opposite Zabka shop so we just bought pack of tea and water to make drinks (thank God they don't take the kettle away!) Anyway this feels a bit odd,like they think the guests would steal them. One more thing its a bit chilly in the soft play room so you have to dress your child properly

We loved the breakfast! Such a variety and very delicious! Very smooth check in process, we really appreciated it as we arrived late. Lots of hiking trails nearby.
Don't expect too much from the rooms, however the breakfast makes your stay worthwhile!

The location is great, not far from the ski lift. There's a bakery in the building and a good Italian restaurant which is very convenient. Also breakfast was top notch!

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast and excellent hotel location close to the ski slope.
The hotel provides parking space but does not accept any responsibility for car security in the parking lot. My car was damaged in the hotel parking lot and unfortunately the hotel did not accept responsibility for it.
