Breakfast offered a huge choice, with plenty of variety for vegetarians too. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony. Although the tall trees blocked the view, it was bright enough and quiet and peaceful.

The room in which we stayed could be improved with a couple of extra cushions for sitting up in the bed. A small fridge would be a great addition, although it wasn't in the list of facilities for the room.

Great hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beginning of the hiking trail to Snezka. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. The hotel also has a jacuzzi with sauna, and it is also possible to reserve an hour in the private SPA with panorama view for extra 220 PLN, which we also tried and it was great - the price also included a bottle of prosecco and a cheese platter. Simply an amazing experience, we'd love to come back in the future! :)

Breakfast buffet is amazing. Staff are very friendly and their service is like what you get in 4 or 5 star restaurants. Facility needs some improvements though. They seem outdated and a bit old. But I will stay there again.

The food was great, the whole hotel clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a parking space in front of the hotel.

The beds are quite soft. There is no elevator in the hotel, but it didn't bother us too much.

I’m traveling a lot but this stay was something different. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly I’ll recommend this place for everyone who want to be serve with smile
