Nice hotel partially renovated. We had free upgrade from booking to Superior room for 3 people. So superior room for economy price was great, but taking into consideration what would it cost, it has some lows. Great staff from waitresses to cleaning. Good location for hikes and city centre is not far away. Nice restaurant for let’s say expectable prices. It has billiard, darts, wellness, and even though our kid is too small I would say it has nice program for kids with animators, playground outside and inside.

As I said if superior room would be for economy room price I wouldn’t complain. But taking it into consideration for the money it would cost it has extremely small bathroom ( the sink is not even for hands not even for face). The swimming pool, the reason why we chose this hotel, was cold. Definitely not suitable for babies/small kids. The hotel is not barrier free, there are stairs in front of the hotel and in the lobby. In the room you cannot hear guests from rooms next to you but you can hear noise from the corridor and lights underneath the door.

It was such lovely time. We really liked the pool and the room. The beds were super comfy. And we really liked the breakfasts! We came with our little one and there was a really friendly monster walking around greeting kids.

There was just one waitress that forgot about our order and when we asked about our order she was really unpleasant. Well but those things may happen, just a bad day :)

SPA- its not worth it , 400 kc per person- but you have only sauna access, no jacuzzi or small swimming pool in sauna area inside, 2 sauna’s - the difference is in temperature only, 1 swimmingpool with a cold water

The location is excellent, and for the value, it is a very good deal! While it is not a luxurious place, it was fun for a weekend, and it had everything you needed. It was also all clean and well cared for.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but we were in an older room, and I think the more renovated rooms would be nicer. It also would have been nice to have dinner with an a la carte menu with more vegetarian options.

Great location, nice clean hotel with lovely staff. There are sauna, spa, massage and free swimming pool. Breakfasts and dinners are also very different and nice - everyone can choose smth

Together with us was couple groups of kids, probably from school, and it was not nice, as they were loud and everywhere. But that's it. All the rest was great

Room and hotel is very clean. Bathroom facilities also very good. Breakfast was good.

I booked a room with a a big double bed but they gave me a twin room of 2 single beds. The bed was small and uncomfortable for me, i am a thin person but tall.

This is an old vacation and rehabilitation home for mining workers built during communist times, but with an interesting architecture and don't worry, there has been renovation! Location is excellent, not long from Harrachov centre but also very calm and quiet next to the woods. The room - simple and no-fuss but has everything you need, just like the rest of the place. I would not hesitate to stay there again and it is better value for money than the Orea hotel next door :)

Check-out time 10 AM is really not up to modern hotel standards! It feels like "eat your breakfast and get the ---- out of here!!"...

The staff were really friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic and it is set in a beautiful place. There are also various facilities (games and play room for kids, gym, pool, etc.)

The room was a bit small and the furniture outdated but overall satisfactory

Staff and location and ever improving premises. Swimming pool is beautiful and clean.

We would have expected lower price and some extras (e.g. free night, dinner, etc) compensating impact of infinite reconstruction works.

The staff was really friendly. It was great to start my day in the swimming pool which opens at 7 am. The Mumlava Waterfall was just a short hike from the hotel.

The gym was really minimalistic but still could be used for an additional fee.
